I'm surprised at the sourpuss reviews in this thread. We found the staff friendly and helpful. There was a comprehensive list of resaurants, but a map with them notated would have helped. In the main square downtown is an excellent Italian restaurant. The menu is comparable to those we have patronized in Italy. Unfortunately, I left behind a personal item... more

The hotel is no better than a budget motel. Best way to describe the staff was "fine". Nothing special. Didn't go out of their way. Didn't smile or greet anyone but were not rude either. The mold in the bathroom was a little disappointing and the hot breakfast was VERY budget with few choices. (the breakfast danish and muffins were... more

We stayed here over Christmas, and we had a great experience! The front desk staff and hosuekeeping were friendly and helpful. The breakfast food offered many healthy options, which we really appreciated: oatmeal, fresh fruit, whole grain cereals, yogurt -- in addition to a hot entree. (And breakfast is included). Everything at breakfast can be taken "to go" back to... more

Hotel lacks a knowledgeable desk staff and desk staff and manager unfriendly. Customer service and courtesy is not their priority except for filling up rooms in the hotel. Room and bathroom was musty smelling and there was hair in the bathroom. There are other good, less expensive hotels in the area that value their customers. more

I chose this hotel based on the reviews and the fact that they had an 'indoor' pool. The most I can say about this hotel is that it was very clean, which is an important feature for me personally, but that's about the only outstanding feature that this hotel has. The complimentary breakfast was awful and limited. The pool was... more

We just returned from staying two nights at this hotel. This is our second stay, as we use this hotel when taking the kids to Knoebels. The hotel is very clean, has a great indoor swimming pool and great breakfast, more than just danish and coffee. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. There were lots of restaurants close... more

Saw all the rave reviews on Trip Advisor, 95%of the reviews were awesome, so we decided based on these reviews to pack our 3 girls (ages 6, 3 and 1) for a two day trip to Kneobels. We asked for the largest room available which Hampton calls a "King Suite". There was nothing "King" or "Suite" about it. OK-OK, the... more

We traveled to a sporting event over the Memorial Day weekend and chose to stay at the Hampton Inn in Bloomsburg, PA. We've always had good luck with Hampton Inns and this one was no exception. The room was well lit and a good size. Large bathroom with ample towels (usually I have to ask hotels for more towels as... more

A pretty standard Hampton Inn experience -- friendly, efficient desk help, decent breakfast choices, clean room, a reasonable price. The young lady at the desk was helpful in suggesting restaurants appropriate for us for dinner. A fine place to stay for a night during a long road-trip, in a beautiful part of Pennsylvania. more
