The motel was good; room clean and wifi was no problem. Receptionist was friendly (however busy trying to juggle phone and people!). Vouchers given for 20% off the Bird in Hand restaurant, and also the free tour offered. Location of motel was good, near outlets and restaurants etc.

Right in the middle of Amish country, just as they advertise. Parkin right in front of your room, flashback to older times. Everything was very clean, front desk couldnt have been nicer. Only thing missing was breakfast, although they did have hot fresh coffee!

We visit Lancaster area twice a year. Try and stay at the Smucker family hotels because we love the two hour tour. This was our first time here but will definitely stay again. Room was roomy..no musty smells. A/C worked great and plenty of towels. Love the location and views.

It was a perfect stop for us for one night. We had great time driving around the Amish Country the whole day, had a dinner at a local Amish restaurant, and Amish Country Motel worked excellent for that night. Wifi didn't work properly, but everything else was perfect, so it deserves 5/5 anyways.

My husband and I stayed at the Amish Country Motel for 2 nights. It was everything we wanted. The front sign states "Relax and enjoy the view" That is exactly we did. The pool was awesome, the room was great, staff was so friendly and the views were fabulous. They have chairs on the front lawn for people watching. It... More

Stayed here last week and could not have been happier. The Amish Country Motel is a throwback to a different era but in an entirely good way. This is an older property but my room was spotless, the beds clean and comfortable, the location is perfect for touring Amish country, TV-WiFi-A/C all worked just fine and the price is right.... Donna and company will take excellent care of you in this beautiful property situated among the rolling farmlands of the Amish Country. Great pool and superb staff. Owned and operated by the Smucker Family - great locals who've been at it a very long time. Yours are offered as part of your stay. Don't miss this great spot. The rooms... More

This is an older motel...very charming. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The country view was very relaxing with Amish buggies traveling back and forth on the road in front...Amish farm land view from the back deck. There was no breakfast but good coffee in the morning, very good Amish restaurants close by, though. When in the... More

In the 20 something years that we have been visiting Lancaster,we've stayed at this Motel at least 7 times and it only gets better. The rooms are always clean & comfortable, a bit pricey for a Motel but is probably because of it's location. There's an Amish farm right across the street,we enjoy sitting outside and looking at the Amish farmers... We would definetly go back, just loved everything about the motel and the location and the friendly, pleasant way that we were treated. Staff was very helpful helping us out with things we wanted to do and the locations. Thanks so much! Make sure to try this out!
