The trash in the bathroom had never been emptied finding used razors and tissues in the trash. We also found that the condiments presented with the coffee had been opened and used and never replaced. The quality, cleanliness and uncooperative staff was appalling. Best Western is just down the road. more

very pleased with this hotel. set back off the road, right in the heart of amish farmland, beautiful views of the countryside. free breakfast was fabulous. made to order eggs and waffles, every kind of bread/bagel etc. cold cereal, yogurt, bacon/sausage etc. Rooms clean and nice. Amish View is in the country side overlooking cornfields and farm buildings. Very quiet. Attached restaurant was OK. The staff was helpful. Stayed in Room 110 (large suite). We stayed at the Amish View Inn for three days...very clean hotel, everything worked, nice room, good breakfast, restaurant on the property, rural type location but close to "things to do." Would definately stay there again if returning to the Lancaster, PA area. more
