The Hampton Inn Philadelphia Northeast/Bensalem was the hotel that I chose for the guests attending my daughter's wedding on July 10. I am glad to say that I made an excellent choice. The service I received PRIOR to the event was excellent. Marcy, in the sales department, took wonderful care of me working my room block and reservations. The day... more

I have reviewed this property previously but it has been 2 years since my last stay. I am a frequent busines traveler and stays in other business hotels (primarily Hampton Inns) cloud my perception. This is a former Days Inn per an employee. There are only 5 rooms with a King size bed. I had a 1 queen room with... more

I travel often to the Philadelphia area, and I find this Hampton Inn to be conveniently located off I-95. The rates seem to change quite frequently (through the hotel website), and when a standard room gets up over $140, I've stayed elsewhere - the Holiday Inn on Street Road is my alternate. But if you can book for in the... more

The lobby looked very nice & smelled like fresh baked cookies. This is where the good ends. My room was on the third floor, once I stepped out of the elevator it smelled heavily of smoke, The ceiling in the room has water stains covering most of it, the carpet has cigarette burn marks and in places the wallpaper is... more

The employees here are friendly, professional and helpful. The lobby, breakfast room and bar are clean and well kept. The room I was in needs some updating/maintenance. Even though this was a non-smoking room, I kept smelling smoke in the hallways and the room smelled a little musty. I was a single traveler and the room I was in was... more

I was in town for a family party and needed a nice place to stay overnight. I wasn't disappointed. Hotel was in new condition and very comfortable. Hotel is positioned in a great area with easy access to restaurants, stores, etc. Check-in was seamless, free breakfast was served, and there's a nice onsite bar that allowed us to lounge and... more

Had no reservation...walked right in after driving past TERRIBLE looking hotels further south on I-95. Had vacancies.....but when I balked at the $129 rate the front desk offered to help me call around to other hotels. That sold me right there. Said that the room was a smoking room....but it was clean and didn't smell like smoke. He was right.... more

This is an overpriced Hampton Inn outside the Philadelphia area because it offers very few above average features vs. other Hampton Inn hotels. The positives included a bar area and a large outdoor pool. The negatives were pricing, loud AC unit and a very old TV. more

Family of 4 with 2 young children stayed two nights in June of 2008. It was a great stay. Hotel staff was one of the most pleasant I have dealt with. Check in and out was easy, hotel was clean, nice looking. Parking was close and easy. We did not use the pool, though it looked nice. We stayed in... more

This is NOT a real Hampton Inn. The reason I like Hampton Inns is because I don't like surprises and I like nice, clean rooms and properties. This presented nothing but surprises. Clearly, this is a converted something else. Probably a Holiday Inn. The halls smell bad. The furniture, curtains and "art" are tacky. All of them. Our first room... more
