My husband and I stayed at Winslow Hill two nights this past weekend. My Father was kind enough to get us a gift certificate. Betty is a one woman superpower. She is a kind and gracious host. And boy, can she cook! We were so spoiled. Betty loves her piece of paradise and it shows. She was so knowledgeable about... More

We stayed at this delightful B&B for one night during the middle of October and had a wonderful time. The B&B is situated right in the middle of elk herd territory and on the same road as the Elk Country Visitor Center. The owner, Betty, was very welcoming and made a scrumptious breakfast of fresh fruit, mini-muffins, eggs, bacon, and... More

We had a wonderful stay. Betty is a wonderful host and serves a great breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a common room with drinks and snacks available. Our bed was very comfortable. The location can't be beat for elk viewing. You can view fields that elk frequent right from the porches outside the rooms. We were... More

This is THE place to stay if you want to see the Pennsylvania Elk herd. This B&B is right in the center of the elk herd. We stayed here twice this year and saw hundreds of elk, and there was one standing right on the lawn when we arrived. The Elk Visitor Center is on the same road and is... More

Our first B and B experience , and what a good one. Owner Betty was so welcoming , you felt so comfortable. Our room was very nice, well decorated and spacious. We had our own deck as well. Viewing the elk has a whole new meaning. You are right there where the "action" is. Great location can't get any better,... More

Betty is simply the best! Sharing at breakfast is a real highlight. The B&B is situated in the heart of Elk country, Expect to see elk every evening and morning during the rut. Also, if you are a real light sleeper, the bugling may wake you! Simply Awesome!

What a truly lovely place to stay among the Elk in God's country! We took a little getaway after all the fuss and bustle of the July 4th holiday. We were so very fortunate to get a room here with Betty. We had the Moonlite Room. The bed was the most comfortable bed with the softest sheets I ever slept... More

This is our 7th elk viewing season to stay with Miss Betty at Winslow Hill B&B. We have stayed in all three rooms over the years and they are all clean and comfortable with private decks. Betty and Laura's hospitality is the best you'll find anywhere. The breakfasts are wonderful - you'll never go away hungry. Homemade goodies are provided... More

Betty's place is the perfect spot to stay for elk viewing. We stayed in the Sunrise Room and heard the elk bulging through the night. Loved the private bath and private deck/entrance. Betty and Laura were perfect hosts serving a great breakfast. Betty's bacon was out of this world. Did not want to leave.
