Smaller and older hotel. Room with a single queen bed was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was friendly. Older heating/cooling system was a bit noisy, but worked just fine. Breakfast menu was adequete, but not the more current menu being used by other Hampton Inn's. more

We stayed at this Hampton for a single night because of its location on the PA turnpike. Our room, a king bed room with a sofa, small microwave and refrigerator, was referred to by the desk clerk as a "suite" but was all one room. This is an older Hampton and showing some wear. The room looked particularly large because... more

Recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bedford during the Bedford Fall Foliage festival. I stayed in the same room that I have stayed in previously, once again, I wasn't disappointed. the king suite had enough room and then some for two adults and a very active two year old. Huge bed, pull out couch, microwave, sink, fridge, and many... more

We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn-Bedford. The room was very nice, with a king bed and plenty of room. The bed and bath were both comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast was well above the Hampton standards. more

Hot tub water level was low, mucky grime ring around where level should have been, only lukewarm, and water (& filter hole) smelled like SEWAGE! I was only in hot tub long enough to get wet, get a whiff, and exited quickly to go back to my room to shower. No shower available at pool. Told my kid to get... more

Our family was returning from a trip to Virginia and this property was the half way point. This is by far the worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. We arrived approx 9 pm. Tired from a long drive, we just wanted to relax and go to sleep. Upon entering the hotel, an odor hit us immediately. We entered our... more

We stopped at this hotel on our way to New York City. It was delightful! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, bed comfortable, room clean, breakfast good. And the hotel is quite attractive, with interesting, artistic photographs in the lobby and elevator. I would definitely stay here again. With the AARP discount, a double room cost us $99,... more

The negative reviews for this place say it all. A very poor example of a Hampton Inn. Water came out brown that should say it all. Much greater Quality Control apparently needed for independently owned properties. more

I really don't understand how the housekeepers put up with this Mr. Patel guy. He is the owner. He screamed at a young lady for something she had nothing to do with while guests were in the lobby. This is the most ignorant man I have ever met. These girls bust their butts to make guest feel comfortable and they... more
