Hot tub water level was low, mucky grime ring around where level should have been, only lukewarm, and water (& filter hole) smelled like SEWAGE! I was only in hot tub long enough to get wet, get a whiff, and exited quickly to go back to my room to shower. No shower available at pool. Told my kid to get... more

Our family was returning from a trip to Virginia and this property was the half way point. This is by far the worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. We arrived approx 9 pm. Tired from a long drive, we just wanted to relax and go to sleep. Upon entering the hotel, an odor hit us immediately. We entered our... more

We stopped at this hotel on our way to New York City. It was delightful! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, bed comfortable, room clean, breakfast good. And the hotel is quite attractive, with interesting, artistic photographs in the lobby and elevator. I would definitely stay here again. With the AARP discount, a double room cost us $99,... more

The negative reviews for this place say it all. A very poor example of a Hampton Inn. Water came out brown that should say it all. Much greater Quality Control apparently needed for independently owned properties. more

I really don't understand how the housekeepers put up with this Mr. Patel guy. He is the owner. He screamed at a young lady for something she had nothing to do with while guests were in the lobby. This is the most ignorant man I have ever met. These girls bust their butts to make guest feel comfortable and they... more

This is the worst Hampton I've ever stayed at. Slow check-in, piece of pie left in the fridge, turned on whirlpool and water shot across the bathroom because somebody purposely aimed the jet up(and the jets were dirty), sheets kept slipping off the mattress in the night. Free breakfast was the only decent thing. more

Was traveling along the PA Turnpike on our way to the East coast and got tired. The hotel is within the exit/entrance ramp to the Turnpike. Traffic backed up from the tunnel, so we got off. Nice hotel. near food and gas. Try Hoss' restaurant, lots to eat for everyone. The town of Bedford was quaint to say the least.... more
