We stopped about 8 pm, we were very tired, and there was a wedding going on. I asked if we could stay in a quiet room and she did put us in a quiet room, really one of the quietest rooms I have ever had in a hotel. Room was clean, bathroom clean, bed was comfortable. We ordered some sandwiches... more

We stayed here for almost a week because we were visiting family in the area. The area the hotel is located in is not very nice...an adult book store with live girls is located right in front of the hotel. The hotel is pretty run down. Many people smoke throughout the hotel; guests and staff. We had to pass the... more

Spent one night there. Although the hotel is starting to look a little raggedy, it's a decent place to spend the night. Staff went out of its way to be pleasant and courteous. My dinner and breakfast were tasty, with pleasant service. Room was comfortable. I stayed away from the Holidome -- got a room at the end of the... more

Out of all the Holiday Inns, this is one of the best that is close to NE Ohio. A pool, hot tub, ping pong table, mini golf, game room and an onsite restaurant. However, I prefer to stay in the rooms that are not in the holidome area. They are more updated. The rooms within the dome are outdated but... more

I stay at this hotel whenever I visit my alma mater, Geneva College, which is about a mile away. The only reason I do so is because there's no other chain hotel in the area, just a couple of small, dumpy-looking motels. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we found the staff helpful and friendly. Cathy, the night person at... more

This was a mid point on our way to Hershey and Philadelphia. It was all right. Room was clean, pool was in the courtyard with other kid games like ping pong and an arcade which our family enjoyed and had fun.. The hotel restaurant staff were friendly but the food service was slow. There was a problem with my bill... more

We usually go to the Holiday Inn to party or to just get away for the weekend. I've never really had any major problems there, the staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. The food is pretty expensive, though. I'd recommend this place if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Nothing exciting here. more

My family and friends just spent the weekend of Feb. 18th at this hotel. We have stayed here several times over the last few years and the service was fair. This time, both the hotel and restaurant management were rude and unwilling to right any wrongs. Service was terrible, short on staff and filthy conditions. The only posative was that... more

I understand a new company bought the place. What a difference from last year. It's a nice place. BUT they don't have enough staff to keep the placing running properly. $7.95 breakfast buffet, that was not kept replenished. Just scraps of cold pancakes and cold sausages. at least half the tables were empty, but not bussed. The bar maid friday... more
