This is a great hotel for a weekend getaway in the winter. They have a large indoor pool and hot tubs. Rooms are average Holiday Inn. more

Recently spent the weekend at this hotel for a wedding and everything was great. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean, and ALL staff were very friendly, helpful, and aimed to please. The wedding was held in the main ballroom and all was done nicely and in a timely manner. It was a sit down dinner for the reception and... more

The Holiday Inn in Beaver Falls has policy of nonrefundable for cancellations. They don't disclose that policy when you make reservations or cancellations. Dn't make reservations in advance because You Will Not See your money if you have to cancel. I needed to cancel and gave a weeks notice. When I called about the refund, I was told that they... more

Since this hotel did not offer free breakfast, we basically chose it for the pool. Unfortunately, I felt the pool was to cold. Our son got in, but then people from the bar were smoking aound, so we had to leave. Very disappointing. It did have a nice whirlpool, but it also advertised sauna, which they don't have. There is... more

We stopped about 8 pm, we were very tired, and there was a wedding going on. I asked if we could stay in a quiet room and she did put us in a quiet room, really one of the quietest rooms I have ever had in a hotel. Room was clean, bathroom clean, bed was comfortable. We ordered some sandwiches... more

We stayed here for almost a week because we were visiting family in the area. The area the hotel is located in is not very nice...an adult book store with live girls is located right in front of the hotel. The hotel is pretty run down. Many people smoke throughout the hotel; guests and staff. We had to pass the... more

Spent one night there. Although the hotel is starting to look a little raggedy, it's a decent place to spend the night. Staff went out of its way to be pleasant and courteous. My dinner and breakfast were tasty, with pleasant service. Room was comfortable. I stayed away from the Holidome -- got a room at the end of the... more

Out of all the Holiday Inns, this is one of the best that is close to NE Ohio. A pool, hot tub, ping pong table, mini golf, game room and an onsite restaurant. However, I prefer to stay in the rooms that are not in the holidome area. They are more updated. The rooms within the dome are outdated but... more

I stay at this hotel whenever I visit my alma mater, Geneva College, which is about a mile away. The only reason I do so is because there's no other chain hotel in the area, just a couple of small, dumpy-looking motels. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we found the staff helpful and friendly. Cathy, the night person at... more

This was a mid point on our way to Hershey and Philadelphia. It was all right. Room was clean, pool was in the courtyard with other kid games like ping pong and an arcade which our family enjoyed and had fun.. The hotel restaurant staff were friendly but the food service was slow. There was a problem with my bill... more
