We stayed in one of the waterfront RV sites and the view out the front windows was amazing! The beach is beautiful and the area quiet and secluded. Not a great place for kids, lots of rules to keep the place quiet and no town near for diversions. For a couple, it is a great retreat. Their clubhouse is large... More

We have stayed in many RV parks on our travels and I must say, Sea Perch in Yachats Oregon is 5 stars in our opinion. We searched the Internet for parks to stay on our way from home in Birch Bay WA. to the Redwoods. The park sites are directly on the water with spectacular views. The grounds are groomed... More

Sea Perch used to be a beautiful and quiet RV resort filled by mostly nice RVs with quiet and polite campers. Now, it features a "trailer park" atmosphere with rowdy kids camping with big families in pull trailers. The ocean is beautiful if you can get past the yelling and slamming doors. There is a long list of rules but... More

The best RV location we have stayed at. If you can secure one of the ocean-front sites (there are not many) your window will be yards away from the pacific ocean and have unobstructed views. The amenities are extremely well maintained and the sites are the cleanest you could wish for with full hook-ups. The pet policy is very strict... More

What a beautiful park! Seriously, this place is gorgeous. The clubhouse was immaculate, the shower and laundry were beautiful. We stayed right on the beach which was a staircase away. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It's worth staying. It's not your regular RV park.

We have stayed at Sea Perch many times and love the park, their rules & the location is amazing ocean front near Cape Perpetua & Yachats. The sites are nice & wide, it is true there aren't any trees, but in high winds as the Oregon coast is known for, trees would quickly become a hazard so it is understandable.... More

I spent two wonderful nights in a villa at the Sea Perch. The villa was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The bed was amazing! Though it was storm season the weather was perfect with blue skies and no wind. I was able to walk the beach and collect agates. At night there were lights shining on the beach and I could... More

This is a great RV Resort. Right on the ocean and everything is extremely clean and nice. This is no KOA with kids running wild everywhere. Those of you giving bad reviews for the kid policy need to wait until you are a little older and you have somone else's "little darling" running through your campsite all day long and... More

We booked this place for two nights over the phone the day before we arrived. Upon arrival we were met by rude staff and learned our children (12 and 14) were not allowed to use their bikes or foot scooters on the property or use any of the facilities unless we were with them -- including the bathroom and showers.... We had booked for 4 days...we showed up, owners seemed nice and the place was small but with a beautiful view. We booked oceanview which was gorgeous, but unfortunately that huge storm came....we rocked all night in our 5th wheel, next day we moved to the side of the park, as the wind was expected to get really bad. Another... More
