After reading the mixed reviews for the Ya'Tel on this site, we decided to take the chance and were SO glad we did! We had a very enjoyable stay -- it was clean, cozy, and CHEAP! It's not luxurious by any means but for the price, you will not find anything better. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.... more
The place is a good value when you're traveling with the family. Be warned though: the beds are hard as rocks. This was a problem for us because I have severe back problems and chronic pain. Arrived at Ya'tel around 10pm to be greeted by Bob. Really friendly guy, couldn't do more to help us. We paid $75 inc tax for a room with 2 queen beds and a queen pull out bed - this housed our party of 5 perfectly. In fact, the "suite" even had a separate bedroom for one of the queen beds.... more
One thing you want after a long day of hiking, beachcombing and whale watching is a comfy bed. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat.
