First off ---where vehicles need to turn into the entrance needs some kind of lighting and sign -- anything would be better than the void that exists now. You can see the place better from the highway than you can see how to get to it once you take the exit. We thought maybe it was a fluke that there... more

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced fiding this hotel. We do have plans of putting a sign at our entrance. Our plans are on hold until the city of Woodburn completes their plans for the vacant lot located between Newberg Hwy and the hotel. The city of Woodburn will not allow us to install a sign until then. We...

We stayed one night here so we could shop at the outlet mall the next day. The location was fine. It was near the highway but I couldn't hear the noise from our room with the window closed. The room was a good size and the king size bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good as... more

My family and I reserved a room to stay there for one night. When we got there, they had failed to mention over the phone that it was going to cost extra for having four people in a room. I spoke with the assistant manager and asked her "so it's my fault that you failed to mention that it was... more

You will find many Hotels have a per person fee when you book a room for more than two people. This small fee compensates our costs of the amenities we offer to our guests. We have an outdoor heated pool, exercise room, wi-fi and breakfast food costs to keep in mind. It is a very small cost when you see...

It was very clean, the workout room was great. The free breakfast was pretty good; it had muffins, bagels, pasteries, fruit, hard broiled eggs, cereal and waffles. The room was very nice. The only down side is the pool is outside and it is next to the freeway. It was still pretty quiet. They gave you earplugs! It is actually... more

We went as a group of 40 to see the tulip fields and this hotel was reserved by the trip organizer. I was impressed that a hotel representative came out to our bus and spoke with us emphasizing their willingness to help with any thing we needed. My husband used the shower the night we arrived (warm water only) and... more

Arrived at this hotel after a day of driving - tired and a bit grumpy. For $80 had a very clean and well appointed room with two queen beds. Hotel is clean, well kept, and the staff were very friendly. Hotel is near the Outlet malls and the I-5. more

When we stayed it was known as an Executive Inn. Clueless desk staff-she couldn't find our reservation and within an hour had also booked another party into our room-, rooms that reeked of cig smoke (we were in a "non smoking" room) and horrifically noisy. Did I mention the terrible desk staff? Never again. more

Used this hotel as a stop over between LA and home. The front desk staff did have a good suggestion about a dinner spot, but was NOT knowledgeable about the Outlet Mall (this town’s big draw?)! Pool was clean but only 4 1/2 feet deep. Room clean and shower head was nice "rain flow". AC worked well. Expanded Continental breakfast... more

We stayed here for two nights to take advantage of the tax free outlet shopping nearby, so it was just a base and our expectations were not high It is one of the better Best Western properties, it is very clean and the desk staff are quite helpful. My only obvious fault is that due to the shape of the... more
