5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

We stayed here after spending the day at Wildlife Safari because we were en route to the coast the next morning. The new owners are doing a good job updating it. They have not tried to keep up with the big chains, but have added their own touches and it was a nice change from the cookie-cutter chains. I saw... More

The people who run this hotel are very kind and accommodating. Very clean, very quiet. We slept like logs, overslept, got late check out, and we were told to help ourselves to the coffee n donuts and the continental breakfast wouldn't be dismantled until we had enjoyed it even tho we were late. Nice people.

My husband and I were traveling from Eugene to Mt. Shasta. When we got to Winston our truck started to make noises. So we pulled into Rays parking lot and asked where to find the nearest hotel. Were told to go only one mile! Found the Wildife Inn! Got out of the car, and Richard the owner met us at... More

You know, I read some of the bad reviews on this place and was skeptical. However, I personally thought it was just right. The place was clean and comfortable. The light breakfast that was offered wasn't impressive so we drove to Roseburg to get coffee at Starbucks. Overall, I liked the Inn. We arrived late and they were very nice... More

Worst bed E V E R. The earlier reviews were the truth. I can't imagine what people are saying that this is worth your money! I paid 74.00 for Rm 15. NO TV CHANNELS. What?! No channels except HBO. Terrible movies. That was it. They advertise ESPN, HBO. Somehow, I thought that was EXTRA. Nope. That's all you get. NO... More

Owner's response: please be aware this review appears to be fraudulent and abusive: We DO have ESPN and lots of Cable TV channels; you CAN change them with the remote. We ARE across from the entrance to the Wildlife Safari - (about 1/2 mile) not 20 miles! Our beds do HAVE memory foam toppers or newer mattresses. We indeed HAVE... More

The room we had was large enough to sleep five, but the sister on the hide-a-bed wasn't comfortable. So I suggest no more than four to a room. Wildlife inn could improve if they served a continental breakfast. Noah's Ark shut down at 9AM, so it was difficult to get the group ready and at the breakfast location in time... More

From the very first call for the reservation Nancy & Rich went over and above to make our stay great!! Cute, themed, CLEAN rooms! One of the biggest bathrooms I've ever seen in a hotel. We checked in right as Rich was up at Safari getting more admission tickets--so instead of making us wait, Nancy arranged for us to meet... More

I spent two nights at the Wildlife Inn with my granddaughter on a fun little road trip to the Wildlife Safari, which is very conveniently close in location to the Inn. As the website states, the Wildlife Inn has been 'recently remodeled'....whoever did the 'remodeling' definitely chose not to replace and update the existing mattresses and boxsprings. As soon as... Really enjoyed the newly remodeled Wildlife Inn, which offers visitors a discount to the Wildlife Safari Park just a couple of miles away. The Inn sticks with the wildlife theme in its office decorations and room decor, and the hotel is amazing quiet for being right on the highway from Roseburg, Ore., to Winston. Reasonable rates and a unique continental... More
