We will definitely come back for 3 reasons: - Super warm POOL! I have never been in a pool this warm. My 3 little boys loved it and played in it for hours. Hot tub was great, too ... not too hot, but very nice. - Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE! So quick to help, answer questions, solve problems. The manager, Amir... more

My family and I stayed at this Hotel due to our vehicle breaking down off of I5. We stayed one night at Best Western near Days Inn and were not impressed. We called to compare prices and Days Inn was first on our list. A friendly and dedicated employee drove his personal vehicle to Best Western and picked up my... more

Stayed there for 4 nights third week in Sept. while visiting my daughter. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Towels could have been a little softer. Room was clean. TV worked well as did the a/c. Small refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker all in room and all worked fine. Staff was polite. Hallways were quiet. Free use of... more

They told us that they are in the process of renovating this former Comfort Inn. The economy has slowed down some of the progress, however most everything works well, albeit the property is showing its age. The room was clean and comfortable. We were not bothered by noise from the interstate close by. Wireless Internet worked fine in our room,... more

If you are visting portland, this is a good place to stay and a good value. The rooms are good, but they need to be renovated. It is clean, just looks old. The staff was nice at check in and out (the only times I dealt with them). The air condition and tv worked fine. Free parking. Free wifi internet.... more

We stayed two nights after our power went out in the middle of the winter. Our room was in the middle of the motel and the freeway noise was pretty low even though the motel is next to the freeway. We could hear the TVs from the room next door. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a... more

Great hotel to stay in, just 15 minutes outside of Portland. Stayed in a suite which was 3 queen beds in one room - excellent for families. Just off I-5, so easy-on and easy-off - traffic noise from the I-5 not bad. Great front desk staff, 24-hour pool and laundry. Free deluxe breakfast and fairly roomy breakfast room. Free internet... more

Spent one night at this hotel for a baseball related event. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and clean. I noted that the beds were fairly new and were very comfortable. Room had refrigerator and micro. This is a great layover stop. Our room was on the freeway side of the hotel and was fairly... more

Total agreement with all the positive reviews, first and foremost the relational nature of the staff who were very helpful, kind and conversational. The beds were outstanding - i slept so well, which is rare for me in a hotel/motel. I was also offered a discount, which was very helpful - and I didn't even ask, except to say that... more
