We stayed at Whispering Woods Resort the week before Christmas and had a family reunion, renting 2 2-bedroom condos with lofts. This was heaven. Obviously the location is inspiring. On the Mt. You never know what your going to get once you travel but my 2nt stay at this resort was perfect. I stayed in the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom units and both had full kitchens with all the amenties that you needed to cook a full dinner. We stayed at the WWR for a week with our in-laws. They booked two separate condo's. Both were two bedroom single level with full kitchen, two bathrooms, w/d, fireplace, nice deck area with BBQ included. Both were nicely decorated convenient and clean. The walls are thin though. Just returned from a week's stay at Whispering Woods. We had a 2 bedroom plus loft unit in the St Andrews complex. Overall we had a good stay. Things were good and bad. Pros: Nicely decorated rooms. Fresh paint, new marble tile in the bathroom. Very clean. Newer sectional couch with fold out bed. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet residential area.... more
