We just got back from a weeks' vacation, staying at Whispering Woods. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled with our two kids, 6 and 8, so there were four of us in the 1 bedroom unit, and it was plenty of space. I noticed there were some reviews complaining about how small it is, and I have no idea... More

Hello KarlChicago_IL, Thanks very much for taking time to write a review. It looks like you enjoyed some of my favorite sights while here, including the Historic Columbia River Highway, which is always a favorite for my family. If you return in two years and you choose to eat at the Skyway Bar & Grill again, try the mac and... More

Just stayed here and it was great. The furniture and facilities are a bit stuck in the late 80s early 90s, but the surroundings are exquisite. Timberline Lodge and skiing is a mere 30 minutes driving, and there's a nearby trout farm that has absolutely delicious and fresh fish! Definitely one of the best places you can stay within the... Our two bedroom unit was spacious and well equipped. While the bedrooms were a little small, they were comfortable for the week. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Except for lunch, we ate all our meals in the unit. There is a gas grill on the terrace. A Thriftway is located in Welches and meet our needs. Internet worked... More

The property is situated on a golf course in a wooded area with mountain views and a few small hiking trails on property. The two bedroom, while small, is nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings and a very functional kitchen. The deck is perfect with a grill, a table and chairs. The heated pool was open all week, even when it... More

The reviews that talk about how nice and clean this place is are very accurate. The place is not dated and the rooms are very large, at least at the two bedroom we had. I was concerned about the Internet service as 2 members of our party live by texting and Facebook They never had an issue. I had cell... More

This resort is close to skiing, Portland, Pacific Ocean, Willamette River. You want clean well this is your place. We have been coming to Whispering Woods for years. The units have always been spotless. The kitchen is supplied with all the utensils you will need. There is a barbeque on the deck that faces the golf course. The units have... More

Friendliest staff at a timeshare, ever! Maybe it's just the way people are in Oregon overall. This resort is beautiful, quiet, surrounded by nature, we even saw three deer near the golf course across the street! They share many amenities with the resort next door, whatever they don't have, the other has. But Whispering Woods has plenty to offer, the... More

First and foremost, the setting was absolutely beautiful! The condo was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We used the BBQ grill many times, and the clubhouse/pool was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We stayed during a record heat wave, and the staff provided box fans to help cool the rooms (no AC in units). We... More

We stayed at Whispering Woods in late August. It is a very nice resort. The rooms are spacious and there was a washer and dryer plus a full kitchen in the suite. Comfortable beds, fireplace and a balcony with a BBQ. Would stay there again.

We were in a one-bedroom condo. This place is OLD and in need of serious repair. The front door opens into a wall (difficult to get your suitcase and yourself in the door), the closet door was completely off track (I mean leaning against the wall), dishes in kitchen were dirty, the bedroom is so small it is really impossible...
