Wanted to stay with my grand children on our trip to Smith Rock, however the place looks out dated, we were not allowed to bring out own food. My grand daughter can NOT eat most items with out becoming ill and not in a slight way. Kah-nee-ta does not think of their guests and had really gone down hill. we... More

Hi Ruth, I am disappointed that you decided not to stay and apologize on behalf our team if you did not receive all the correct information. We do offer units with kitchens in them in our village room area. That are a good fit for family that needs or wants to cook while they are here. I hope to be... More

We have passed the turnoff to the resort many times and wanted to stop. Finally hit the right timing and got to try the pool Even though it was the three day Martin Luther King weekend the crowd was very light The entire facility was very clean, something that cannot be said of all hot springs The water was only... Was a very pleasant experience. Front Desk Check in man was great, bartender was interesting and friendly, and they some some good craft beers on tap! With a skiff of snow on the nearby mtn range, it was a perfect setting. Don't forget to take the hike starting above the top parking lot..easy 2 miles and awesome scenery!

We have traveled very much and have never found better accomidation or service. But don't tell them this as everyone should always strive for improvement. We feel so lucky that this establisment is so close to us and we can enjoy going there almost every holicay.

We have been to this location twice in the last 3 years or so. Overall, not much has changed. Since the casino was moved, it definitely feels like a very quiet place to relax but not much else. The staff was very friendly, the services were fine, the in-room televisions need some updating (we had a 20 year old 18"... More

I recently booked a 4 night stay at Kah-nee-ta, owned by the Warm Springs Tribe in Oregon. I stayed 3 of those nights (one night longer than I would have liked). Things started out well, with an upgrade to an executive suite. But then my room was without heat on the 3rd day, the new shift front desk clerk had... More

Hi Joe, Thank you for coming our to Kah-Nee-Ta, we do appreciate you business. While heater could not be fixed in the room immediately, I'm not sure why the other suite that was offered as an alternative was not acceptable. The only option left at that point in time was to try and get the current room as comfortable as... More

We attended a conference hosted by the Warm Springs Tribe at Kah-nee-ta and we absolutely loved the experience! This beautiful hotel is nestled within a hilly desert landscape, and is an architectural stunner. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms have balconies looking out across the desert and are clean and comfy. There is an outdoor heated pool which... More

We met friends in the Village for a weekend. Love that we can bring our dogs along. The warm mineral water is like a warm hug, very healing. We enjoyed our time floating around. Also enjoyed breakfast in the Chinook dining room, with a lovely view of the desert. We made use of the shuttle to the new Casino, to... More

Although it was peaceful in the evening. Was woken up rather early by slamming doors , moving furniture. The cleaning crew was rather loud talking and laughing all morning in next rooms. So would not recommend at all. I can't believe how rude they are slamming doors and talking so loud.

Impulse stop on drive from coast to dry side for a day or so. Last minute planning was no problem, mid-week in early October. Plenty of rooms at Lodge for about what a mid-range motel would be in Portland, but MUCH more to offer: spectacular view, nice spacious room, large quiet (warm!) swimming pool, discount breakfast in beautiful room with...
