Aside from the surly woman who took my reservation by phone, the people with whom I dealt were very pleasant and helpful. The room, however, was a different story. The room was reasonably clean for our 1 night stay. The front desk staff was very good on checkin and checkout. The problem was the noise. We were in room 102 and the main water pipe for the building must have been in one of the walls, because everytime someone in ANY room used the water we heard the sound... more

We waited half an hour to get checked in. Never did get checked in. We were treated rude by the person at the front desk. Our dog was shooshed by an employee. Wow I can't believe that I am the first to write a review of this very pleasant hotel. The suites are big and very clean. It's always nice to have a frig, microwave and a sofa to sit on.
