The hotel is a dated (per the other reviews), but comfortable and clean. The pet fee is what blew us out of the water. It's over $27 with tax. We have a small dog, under 20 lbs. Most hotels are about $10 before tax. Breakfast was great.

Stayed one night. Carpets were filthy. Room smelled. Found someone's old water bottle behind the nightstand. In the morning discovered that the hair dryer didn't work. Had a room with a "kitchen". Comfortable, clean, quiet, but our room was an ex-smokers room, and thus when the AC ran a distinctive odor greeted us when we opened the door. Luckily, we like fresh air, so we just opened the window and turned it off. Rest of the room odorless. You get a free b-fast of limited but adequate choices at the connected restaurant.
