They gave us a dirty, smelly room with an unmade bed and a broken fridge. My husband said we would like a clean room he could walk barefoot in. The front desk woman, Laura said we shouldn't stay in a hotel then. When we asked for another room, were told to come back in an hour and a half. When... More

Excellent stay - excellent customer service - Thanks! I really appreciate the extra mile that the front desk has been continually providing me - James has gone out of his way several times to make me feel as welcome as possible in a home away from home. Not quite used to this from other places I've stayed, so it is... More

This motel, hidden away in a business park between I-5 and OR 217, has an attractive exterior, the price, through Priceline is under $100, and the room is comfortable. The full kitchen with large fridge, stove& microwave is great. No dishes, silverware, etc. unless ordered from the front desk. Flat screen TV is fine, with large channel selection including Showtime.... More

Clean, priced right, good location. Not much of a breakfast. A bit worn, but in a very quiet location. We were able to get to the highway and go virtually anywhere quickly, which was a real treat. Hotel could use an upgrade.

The property is set in a beautiful tree lined street area. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. The freeways are conviently nearby. Upon check in we opened our room door and found the house keepers tools including the vacuum cleaner and chemical caddy in our room. The shower curtain was missing, probably still in the laundry. After waiting for... More

The hotel looks nice and the grounds are pretty but the rooms are a disappointment. My family and I had three different rooms. Each one had its own problems. A faulty light switch that would go on when it wanted to in one room and the picture in the bathroom had something splattered on it. Another room had the door... More

Reserved a room with two beds. Was given a room with one bed and a pull-out couch. Staff said the room I reserved had been damaged. Upon refusing to stay, the manager overheard me and gave me two rooms for price of one. Neither room had glasses, cups or any kitchen items. One room did not have clock radio and... More

This place looks nice enough on the outside and it is in a very pleasant area. of town But, the linens are disgusting. They look like they haven't been washed at all....or maybe the washer is malfunctioning. I knew when I booked the room that this hotel would not be fancy. But I thought it would at least be clean.... Had booked a double room with pull out settee for grandson. There was no settee. Grandson had to sleep on floor. Had booked non-smoking room. Room reeked of smoke. We had to spray perfume around to try and disguise horrible smell. Bedside lamp was smashed. Electric stove was lying in pieces. TV was not working so I pulled out a... More

When we arrived, it was very late due to our late flight. I had called ahead to let them know. The young man who was working had obviously been sleeping, and he seemed to want to get rid of us quickly, so he gave us our room number and key cards and told us our room was "out back". This... More
