The biggest plus to this Motel 6 is the location (close to shopping and restaurants) and price. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have stayed here a few times over the years and the rooms and furniture are becoming seedy -- torn, stained carpets, cigarette burns in the blankets and chairs, stains of an undetermined nature on the... I've stayed at this location and the one across the street (17950 SW McEwan Rd). I prefer the one across the street. Visiting family in the area, and this is a cheap and convenient location. There was an entire fingernail on the middle of the floor in the bathroom. It was someone's cheap fake nail, something you see in a... More

I stayed there because the weekly rate is good. Well I came out of it with tons of flea bites.. When I asked to switch rooms the manager implies that I brought them in from the outside. I just got done staying at the Hilton and had no bites or itching till I moved in here. Well I move to... More

We had a quick business trip to Portland in Tigard for a meeting and looked for a property near the office. This was not a good choice of motels. The room was marginal at best for cleanliness, Lots of dust, hair in the bathtub and most important the WiFi does not work worth a darn. The staff was very pleasant,... More

This Motel 6 is more deluxe than many and the furnishing more up market. I've stayed here several times now and it's a terrific value for the money - probably the best value at the economy end in the Portland area. The staff is polite, there are some decent restaurants nearby, and very convenient access to I-5. At first I... More

Take that place not the one across the street, clean and just perfect if you look for a place to sleep for good money. Don't pay the 2.99 for the wifi just go to burger king across the parking lot for free and much faster wifi.

We needed a clean, cheap place to sleep before and after my husband's appointment at O.H.S.U. -- with easy access to I-5. We stayed on the first floor, which is really the basement, with windows at ground level. This floor is handicap accessible, with ramps instead of stairs (there is no elevator). The staff was friendly & helpful, calling a... More

I had a room with 2 queen beds, partly below ground on the backside of the motel. It was clean and very cool when I arrived in mid-afternoon. There was no cigarette smell, so I was pleasantly surprised. The next morning cigarette smoke smell came under the door and into the room. Also, the hallways had a mild cigarette smoke... More

Ok so usually we aren't too terribly picky with hotels, just as long as they're CLEAN and affordable. This place? Gross. First off, as soon as we got to our 3rd floor hallway, it reeked of cigarette smoke and body odor. We had a non-smoking room and one of the first things I noticed, besides the smoke smell, was cigarette... More
