Helpful staff, excellent breakfast- quick, easy and tastey omelete making- you pick the ingredients, the staff cooks it. Attractive fountain in main lobby area. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable king size bed. Not airy- more of a dark, old fashioned, somewhat elegant look. OK pool, crowded parking. Only one elevator of three did most of the transporting. Same snack for each... more

As a business travelor and Hilton member i try and stay in the Hilton chain. Bad idea here. Tigard is about 20 outside of Portland and 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel grounds are pretty and well maintained. The staff is much like the hotel, tired and bored. There is a Marriott close that looks much newer and nicer.... more

The rooms were new and larger than most Embassy Suites. Very nice pool/hot tub and the usual Atrium. A little hard to find the entrance to the property but everythign about the property and my stay was greata nd I would very much recommend this property. more

We stayed at this hotel with our family of 7 including 3 toddlers. The rooms are great for families because the two rooms can help keep the kids from waking each other up. The pool at the hotel was reasonably warm and the kids had a great time playing in it. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices... more

We really liked our stay at this ES but there are a few things that weren't so great that stick out. First the good: really nicely appointed, clean room; decent "manager's reception" (but one night's experience is plenty--fun for the kids--the bowl of glowing orange cheez sauce is outrageous!); massive breakfast buffet (food is fine -- again, a treat for... more

My stay overall I felt was well. Lets start at when we were just about to check in. We drove our car around and around the lot, but could not find anything. We went and complained to the staff and they said we could park a few yards away in another company's lot (nobody works there on weekends). They had... more

I loved this hotel! Stayed here with husband, 4 year old, & 6 month old. Room is clean I let my baby crawl around on floor(I know it sounds yucky, but you do what you have to do) Managers reception is great!!! Drinks are strong, pretzels, chips, salsa, goldfish, softdrinks. Kids loved it, baby sat in high chair. Breakfast is... more

We stayed 2 nights at this ES with our two young kids. It was so great to have an extra room, it was well worth the price. The breakfast experience is great for travelling with young kids b/c it saved us alot of time. The breakfast itself was pretty decent and we all found stuff that we liked. My 3... more

Nice ES. Next to Washington Square shopping center. I think it's actually closer to Beaverton than Tigard. (Address is Tigard?) Ample parking except the lines are subcompact apart so some cars take one and half spots. Most of the parking is to the sides and back. Check in quick, efficient and professional. Elevators slow. Elevator floor and Lobby floor in... more

This was one of the finest hotel experiences we have had so I am not sure what these other people are talking about. We have just returned from a five-day stay at the Embassy Suites at Washington Square in Portland (Tigard) Oregon. We were there to participate in the LiveStrong® Bike Ride leaving from Nike World Headquarters. The staff was... more
