We stayed in the Sunriver Lodge hotel room. I would not recommend this to anyone. VERY over-priced. Our unit had a musty odor and the bathroom had not been updated since it was built. The vanity lighting as well as the lighting in the room was very poor. We were traveling and extremely tired so we needed a room for... more

The bike trail along feilds of horses and the river was breathtaking. The golf was highly enjoyable. Relaxing, rustic, and comfortable best describe Sunriver Lodge. I recommend the lodge over renting a house. The atmosphere and amenities were wonderful. I wish I could go back tomorrow! more

We are here for a conference. The location is great, activities are plentiful, and it is a nice area to visit in the summer and winter. This is our fourth trip to Sunriver, and we highly recommend not staying in the hotel units. They have been heavily used and from the appearance of our carpeting, inhabited by several pets over... more

Two must do's: float the Deschutes, and hit the resort pool. The resort pool (we were at the North one but there are two apparently) is high quality, set in a relaxing setting with good shade spots, and is definitely worth a couple hours. We had to pull the kids out of the pool after 3 hours against their will. They... more

We just came back from a second time renting one of the houses that Sunriver Resort has to offer, to get a large group of friends together. And there will be many more to come. The houses are large, with many sleeping areas: private rooms and several futons and hide-a-bed couches. We were much happier with the large kitchen we... more

my wife and i just returned from our first sunriver vacation, and we loved it. we are both golfers, and we played all the courses there (crosswater twice), and found all the courses in great shape and fun to play. there are 40 miles of paved bike trails and we brought our bikes and rode around each day; very easy... more

This is a great place to stay. In my case I came for business but noticed several people who were there to have fun. It is a very quiet and peaceful environment. The hotel staff is very helpful and ready to help. The only exception are the drivers of the vans that take you around the resort for free. They... more

We rented one of the houses available through the resort. Check out their web site and you can see exactly what you're renting. We received a fast response and several choices. The place we had was on Eagle Cap and it was adorable. Clean, well-kept with all the amenities you need. Check in and check out was a breeze and... more

My husband and I stayed at the Sunriver Resort the week of August 9-16 as part of a family vacation. There was a delay at check-in (for many people) that kept us out of our room until almost 5:00, but the rest of the family had rented houses so we had places to visit during the wait. Our room was... more

We stayed at the Sunriver Resort for a conference over a 3 day period. We flew into Portland and drove for what seemed like eternity. Coming from Hawaii, we are not so used to the long drives like this. But once we got to the resort, we found it to be very nice. Our room was right next to the... more
