After a long drive, the service at the front desk was refreshing. I was given a large mini-suite with all the amenities: refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot (with hot cocoa supplied!), etc. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. I did not partake of the continental breakfast, so I cannot comment there. The location is great,... more

Stayed here after a long drive down the I5. The front desk lady was lovely - very friendly and gave us a very large room for a great rate. Room was huge. Very dated property but well maintained and our room was clean. Close to the shops and very quiet room. more

It was very late, and we were very tired. And that's the only reason we stayed! We paid way too much for a "deluxe King suite" that was dirty, smelled like mold, and had a bed that I wouldn't let my dog sleep on. There was no wireless Internet. The sitting room area looked like a mismatched thrift store furniture... more

I hadn't stayed at this property for 4 months because of a mess up of my reservation. Yesterday I decided to give it another chance. What a mistake. First they put me in a room with wet carpet and a heater drying it. I asked to be moved so they moved me across the hall to an upgrade at no... more

I stayed for 4 nights. The room was large and comfortable for my daughter and I. I didn't try the breakfast so no comment on that. Convenient location. My one complaint was that I noticed that several of the staff members were smokers and as I passed outside the front doors in the morning someone would be outside smoking. I... more

First the pros...I love the location of this hotel. Plenty of restaurants, near I-5 but you don't hear it and a shopping mall down the street. The room was clean, but tired looking with a slight smell. Large table with 3 chairs. Desk with an office chair. Lots of room. The breakfast room was small, but clean. The food was... more

We stayed here after attending an Oregon Ducks game. The hotel is very convenient to the stadium. Although we had some trouble figuring out which exit to take. 195A... 195B... oops we're going west on the belt line! Maybe we were just tired. The best part about the room was the seriously comfortable bed. Besides that, the room was large... more

We booked this at the last minute and they were very helpful. It was a huge suite with all the amenities. Very nice! Hotel is in a quiet cul de sac with other hotels, a brew pub, Outback, etc. Easy walk for dinner and breakfast. Will definetly stay here again more

I book blocks of rooms for our company at this property at least three times per year and every time the staff is extremely helpful and they go out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. When the crews return, the feedback that I get is always positive about their stay at this property and I will not... more

I was one of the 42 seniors that had reservations to stay at this hotel for one night on March 3rd, 2007. When our tour group arrived (with pre-arranged and partially paid reservations thru Mountain-Outin) the person behind the desk (that gives out room keys) refused to give anyone in our group a key until the entire bill had been... more
