Interior access three floors with absolutely not luggage carriers available at check in, and only one at checkout, and the other' "on order, should be here in the next couple of months." Absolutely no sense of urgency re same. We have stayed at this facility many times in the past, and would have, until now, given them an excellent rating.

Booked room May 11 on bestwestern.com. Arrived at the motel 11:00 p.m. on May 29 (my birthday) and was told the king suite I had reserved was "under construction" and not available. We were given a smoking room. oh hold it, it is a non smoking hotel. The staff didn't seem bothered when I told them. The check in was bad, and then the toilet backed up. just a really bad experience. Last time we stayed here it was great. Must have new owners or a new manager.

We apologize for the situation you were put in but we are a 100% non-smoking hotel. The front desk agent who you had reported the problem to had notified management right away of the problem. We had a family gathering in the Springfield area and found this hotel a wonderful choice, clean, great rooms, internet service, friendly staff and convenient location for restaurants, shopping and convenient to freeway - would definitely stay there again

Watch out...They will charge your VISA when you cancel your reservation and have a confirmation number. And they admit to doing the charge. Watch out! When i called and no one cared. they knew the hotel charged my account had charged my account knowing i had canceled with in the Best Western POLICY

I was pretty happy with my stay at the best western. It was a huge room, very clean and in a great location. The AC worked very well. They gave you a decent breakfast. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in Eugene

Where to start, hmmm. Well there was construction but other than the headboards in the halls the noise was kept to decent hours. Our room had been partially renovated. The toilet and tub area where not done, wondered why not as the rest of the room had been. The claim to fame for this Best Western was "The Clean Remote".... More

We took the time to travel up from CA and made it as far as Springfield/Eugene. The hotels are just off the freeway so that is so convenient.I trust the Best Western hotel brand and this one has a lovely appearance from the front. Unhappy overall. Staff was not very helpful, pricing was mis-represented, overpriced & generally mediocre service at best. Granted, the hotel is under remodeling, but Staff & Services were poor.
