My husband and I have stayed In the lodge three times now. We absolutely LOVE everything about this place. It's romantic, restful, luxurious, picturesque and all the staff work hard at making your stay just what you want. The restaurant is outstanding. The spa services and staff are wonderful. The check in staff is friendly and very helpful with Anything... More

Our first 24 hours at the lodge were great. We booked a couples massage while not romantic was therapeutic in that the massage therapists were great, some of the best ever. However we were in a fully lit room with the blinds closed so we could not even enjoy the view. The restaurant was closed which we did not find... More

We purchased a Groupon which included 2 nights, $100 Spa credit, and free breakfast both days. Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff was very helpful and friendly. This place is what you would call rustic luxury and the scenery can't be beat. Clear lake, mountain views and a huge deck area and lawn to the lake, where you can sit,... More

We bought a Groupon that included 2 nights, spa credit, and gift basket. We felt that our experience far exceeded what we paid for the Groupon. The staff were very friendly and quick to make recommendations when we asked for them. Our couples deep tissue massage was the best we have ever had. Each afternoon the lodge hosts a wine... More

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. The lodge is rustic and picturesque. The view of the lake was great. We had a spring snowstorm blow in which was exiting watching from the security of our lodge room. Wine tasting in front of a big fire took the chill off the storm as well. The restaurant had delicious... More

We had a nice time at the Lodge. The rooms were very nice even though we could not get a deluxe suite. The standard suites are almost as nice. The first thing we did when we got there was attend a complementary happy hour, which was very nice after a long Friday afternoon drive. Several of the guests were in... More

My family goes on yearly trips to the mountain to play in the snow. This year we can across the Lodge at Suttle Lake, while looking for a pet friendly place to stay. The rustic cabins were around the same price as the hotel we had originally booked, so I cancelled our hotel and booked a rustic cabin. My thinking... More

My husband and I were scheduled and ready to go... But the snow prevented us from getting over the pass. The Lodge folks were amazing! They worked with us and we were able to get into an upgrade a few weeks later. The accomodations were FABULOUS, the lake was frozen and beautiful! The details were amazing, the staff was so... More

The management team at this place is the worst I have seen at any hotel. I was booked at one rate under a "manager's special" online. They charged me a higher rate at checkout and refused to honor the original price. The lodge is beautiful but these people are unethical. As much as like the lodge I have no plans... More

This lodge is absolutely beautiful! It was by far the most relaxing vacation my husband and I took so far. The staff was very friendly, and the nightly wine and cheese social was a great touch! I figured the free continental breakfast would be just cereal and juice, but they also provided hot food like waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage... One... More
