Although we live locally sometimes it is nice to get away. I feel the room was a little spendy but the view was amazing. I found it esp nice to be near the prom without having to be outside with all the tourists!! The front desk lady Dede was an absolute delight, she was extremely friendly & helpful. we had... More

The hotel is VERY outdated especially the rooms. I think we even had mold in our bathroom. No air conditioner so room was soooo hot. The front desk weren't the most pleasant. The best thing this property has is the location. We did have a great time at the bar with a great bartender blonde lady. The F&B director was... More

After paying nearly 300 a night for a double bed room, we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. We came back to a "cleaned room" only to find that the cleaning service had merely taken the dirty towels. Everything else remained I cleaned. We told the front desk and they told us that they would send the house... More

This was a 1 night reserved stay with 3 couples on motorcycles.Check in was long with a rude older desk lady looking us up and down with our bike gear on ; asking the gal waiting on us questions about us like we were invisible.Room smelled like mold and wet carpet-Bed was a mess looked used--bed felt like springs were... The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Booked an advance and requested a room with two queens. At check in we were told they only had a room with one queen. My husband and 4 kids were with me...the room was tiny...I mean tiny. We had planned on two in each queen bed and I brought an air mattress and... More

We rented a room here for 1 nights (2 adults and a 4 year old). We had a standard, non-view room. The room was very small. It had full/queen bed and we had to get a pull out (which left NO room to walk). You can tell there is a lot of wear and age in this hotel. The staff... More

I learned long ago hat when you travel never skimp on a hotel room. And the Shilo is right on the water and most of the rooms are perfect. You are next to everything and in the heart of seaside. The Hotel is not 5 star due to its age but the people and the service make up for that.... More

I have stayed here before and will again, upon arrival I check into my room, I had a few issues with the room. I went to lobby and was helped by a woman named Brita, they were very busy but took time to hear my issues and upgraded me, It pays to be a rewards member! It honestly set the... More
