Because of the restaurant that is attached, there is no provided continental breakfast, which is disappointing but on the plus side you can just go to the lobby and dine for breakfast instead. The beach is close and accessible but for the amount of $ that this hotel cost compared to the amenities, this wasn't worth it.

The Best Western started off on the right foot by simply having a great staff at the front desk. Mark welcomed us, booked us in the last room he had available and made us feel right at home!! Clean, fun, great restaurant also!! Anything you need or want is a friendly phone call away!!! We will be back in March...

The location is superb. Being able to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves is marvelous. The staff is attentive, cheerful, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We will be back!

We had a room with a fireplace, jacuzzi, and balcony directly facing the beach. It was wonderful! We had a problem with the door lock and the fireplace but maintenance was up within 5 minutes and had it fixed immediately. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We've stayed in Seaside many times, and decided to try Best Western Ocean View in December 2011 - during a horrendous rain/wind storm. Our 5th floor ocean front room was great for storm watching, the gas fireplace made it nice and cozy. We loved the ocean view jacuzzi tub. Salvatore's Italian Restaurant located in the hotel is very good.

This was a great hotel right on the beach. Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids age 11 and 9. Wasn't sure how the murphy bed would work but it was really nice. A real matress on a solid bed that folded down over the couch area. Just had to remove the couch coushins and then pull it down....
