I hardly ever give a hotel 5 stars. And I certainly have never given a hotel at this price point 5 stars. But this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Older but nicely renovated property. Ground floor room but still fabulous view of the ocean. Right on the promenade but far enough away to be peaceful.... More

Amazingly well-kept, bright, happy place :) Room 301 and house 303 are both top-notch. It's a bit off the beaten path but well worth the short car ride to the areas you want to visit! Seaside is much less of a gem than Cannon Beach but if you're on a budget and looking for a place that's impeccable, the Inn... More

The Inn is right on the beach and the sunsets are beautiful. While it's located on the boardwalk it's far enough away from the promenade to be relaxing. The staff were very accommodating. Hikes in the area were beautiful as well.

We stayed four nights at the Inn of the Four Winds last summer. When we arrived, there were Anniversary balloons, cookies, and taffy waiting for us. The room was just as you see in the photos and VERY comfortable. All the staff were great, provided us with information on sand dollar hunting and great places to eat in Seaside and... More

We (2 adults/2 teens) stayed at Inn of the Four Winds May 30th while traveling the western United States for the grandkids’ graduation trip. Our room was on the first floor; we still had a good view of the beach and ocean whether in the room or on the deck. The Inn is right on the Promenade which made easy... More

We stayed at the Inn of the Four Winds for two nights. Upon arrival in our room was a Happy Birthday balloon for my husband, homemade cookies and salt water taffy. We were on the first floor and loved our chairs on the patio and by the walkway. The grounds are beautiful as was the view of the ocean. We... More

We stayed here for two days and enjoyed the quality of the apartment and the lovely Seaside area. Not cheap, but well worth the price. They have a number of places you can choose from: we took a rather large cottage which was not part of the main-building and closer to the town centre. I can recommend that but I... More

Just returned from staying five days at Inn of the Four Winds to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. When we arrived cookies and a "Happy Anniversary" balloon greeted us in room 206. Gorgeous views of the ocean, nice balcony, beautiful room, wonderful staff and a perfect location. Highly recommend. Saundra & Duncan Eugene, Oregon

We rarely make reservations but I sometimes call ahead. This was a beautiful place. Our room had a queen bed with a gas log fireplace and kitchenette plus a completely separate bedroom. There is a deck area with wondercul seating and a view of the promonade and beach. The small back yard for 1st floor rooms had the greenest grass... More
