Not knowing anything about this place, we booked a one night stay at the Sandy Salmon B&B Lodge. The reviews almost sounded too good to be true. But OMG, were we ever surprised. We drove through this enormous gate, up the driveway, and ended up in front of this magnificent lodge. Upon entering through a large double door, we stood... More

The lodge is just beautiful. We stayed in the Fishing Hole room which over looks the rivers. Maggie and Jerry were wonderful hosts and had some great advice that enhanced our weekend stay there. Sleeping with the balcony doors open so we could hear the river was so peaceful and relaxing. Jerry suggested we stop by the Ranger station so... More

To celebrate my husband's birthday, I wanted to find a place that was VERY SPECIAL yet nearby. It was only when we drove onto the property that we realized that the Sandy Salmon B&B Lodge was indeed VERY SPECIAL!! From the moment we arrived, we could not believe that five acres of natural beauty filled with majestic trees, rushing rivers,... More

Our first time staying at a B&B. We treated our best friends for their 50th anniversary. Jerry & Maggie made it a very special time for them (gold dinnerware and champagne) & special for us as well. Their home is beautiful and very welcoming. The setting is great for anyone who enjoys the sounds and smells of the forest and... More

My wife and I got married earlier this month and spent our first night at this B&B. I had booked it as a surprise for her. We were both pleased with our one-night stay. We stayed in the Eagle Room, which was extremely relaxing and provided an amazing view. Love the king bed and the canopy frame! Appreciated the extra... More

Booked this B&B at the last minute. Maybe it was available because it is a bit expensive, but from our perspective well worth every penny. Spectacularly large home with 4 unique guest rooms. Filled with hunting trophies collected over a life time by Jerry. Friendly inn keepers who provide everything. The location, while right on a highway is quiet. The... More

We booked this B&B on a trip to Mt. Hood Area to visit our son. It is absolutely gorgeous! Breakfasts were delightful, especially when we were able to enjoy them on the deck, which overlooks the confluence of the Sandy and Salmon Rivers. We found the owners to be personable and friendly and seemed to enjoy interacting with guests. As... More

Sandy Salmon Bed and Breakfast was an oasis at the end of a hot, long bike ride. It is a large, beautiful, quiet mountain lodge hand-crafted by Jerry and Maggie and sits at the convergence of the Sandy and Salmon rivers. It has to be seen to be believed. The craftsmanship and features are jaw-dropping. Their commitment to guest comfort... More

A simply wonderful B and B. Idyllic location at the confluence of the Sandy and Salmon rivers; wildlife galore. The house is amazing - the ultimate B and B design with four guest rooms and two large common areas in addition to the living and breakfast areas. Our room, the "Fishing Hole," was small but had a balcony with a... More

My daughter and I stayed here last night. The house is amazing! It is built and decorated perfectly, and it overlooks two rivers. It is on a busy highway but the rivers and the indoor koi pond hide the traffic noise. We stayed in the fishing hole. It had a balcony overlooking the rivers. The bathroom was basic. We walked...
