Very covenient if you are arriving by AMTRAK. Basic room, spotlessly clean. walking distance to the State Capitol and the University. Cute Woolen Mill museum nearby, with nice grounds and shops and restaurants. more

This hotel was better than I expected reading the past reviews. It is near the capitol area and well-priced. The room and bathroom are slightly dingy, but clean enough. This hotel is exactly what you'd expect, small rooms, decent but not great beds and an okay, at best, breakfast. However, the staff was very nice and it is well located if you are visiting the state capital. Overall, go into this expecting the average Travel Lodge experience, nothing more, nothing less. After all, who expects luxury for $40/night? more
