My stay this time around was much better than the last. Also went solo instead of with a friend. Purpose went to visit a friend one day and do another day of bike riding. The room was much cleaner, neater, and smelled fresher than my last stay. Which was awesome in my mind. HOWEVER if I was to express a... More

This hotel falls in the acceptable category. Great location-easy access to freeway-and away from the not so desirable ends of town. Price was decent but the room I had smelled of cigarette smoke (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room). The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was quiet at night. For the budget traveler stopping through Salem,... More

Walls are thin! Heard the neighbors TV all night long! My wife called the front desk at 4:00am. We could hear the manager call them through the wall and they turned the TV off! Wear ear plugs and you will be okay! Rooms Basic! For the money we thought it would be a little nicer!

The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was simple but large and clean. It was right off the freeway and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was simple but neat and clean. I have no complaints. The price was very good as well. There is not much around the hotel. It is... More

My friend does smoke so we got the smoking room. Our stay was Okay! We did like the room, and the shower was EXCELLENT! DID NOT RUN OUT OF HOT WATER! Problems were as follows: - Beer bottle caps and candy were found on the rug along the bedframe base. -The TV chamnels were not clear on lower bands. Old... More

Easy to find, and the people we encountered at the front desk were always friendly. Room was clean, although the carpets are pretty disgusting and the walls are paper thin. Let's just say our nightly neighbors were entertaining to say the least ... bring earplugs. Breakfast that was included ... well we were expecting like most hotel chains, eggs, yogurt,... More

I stayed at the hotel on 9/27-9/29/2013 First off I checked in late, after 11pm. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She explained where everything was and if we needed anything to let her know. The room was spacious that is a plus. The carpets were filthy and the end of the hall way had a smell... More

The hotel was very easy to get to from the freeway only a mile off the road. Had a pleasant evening on our arrival, a fairly good welcome and then we enjoyed a swim as the indoor pool was near our room. The beds were slightly hard but we all slept quite well. One down side there was no bath... More

My Husband and I stayed at the Rodeway Inn on Saturday 08/24/2013. First thing. . .we arrived at 2pm as check in was stated on my reservation as 1pm. Our room was not cleaned. We had to wait about an hour for the cleaning to be complete. Upon arrival to our room, I found that the floors had not been... More

I travel a lot for a living, I chose this hotel for the price because I need to save money. I got a great price especially with AARP and it was very clean. Check in was fast and easy. On the downside, the hotel was sold out to a car club and they checked in after I did. I drive... More
