We have stayed here ten-plus times over the past few years, while visiting my mother in a nearby extended-care facility. The staff have been very helpful, even to remembering us from a previous stay. This is a typical B/W with adequate, quiet, comfortable rooms. If you need a place to stay on the lower Columbia, this is it.

We were in Saint Helens visiting family and again stayed at the Best Western. Check in was quick and easy, the lobby was clean. Although it took the one front desk staffer an inordinate amount of time to finish a phone call (she could have placed the party on hold, or called them back when people were lined up in front of her) we finally got checked in to a large, clean room. we stayed for one night on a bike trip. the staff was perticularly helpful and patient with 50 soggy bikers. our room was large clean and comfortable. the breakfast was ordinary but nothing negative. there is a Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid and SaveWay grocery store within a few blocks. we had an italian dinner catered with salad, pizza and the best lasagna... Got sick on way home from Portland and was lucky to find a nice comfortable room close to restaurants. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of fast food places nearby.
