This park is nice, neat, tidy. Easy in and out access. Bathrooms are clean and warm. The staff is friendly and kind. There are grass areas for pets. The park is quiet. We will stay again. Right on the Umpqua River.

This is a nice little shaded park. Clean baths and shower and nice office person who took us to our site in a golf cart. It has free cable WIFI and showers. There are 2 negatives: Very noisy highway next to it and appears many people live here. For a 1 night stay... thumbs up!

Can't beat this little RV park. Easy in and easy out. Pull through and back in spaces. Concrete pads are nice and flat. Easy to use hook ups and very good wifi. Baths and restrooms are spotless and the help friendly. While there are some parts of the park that has permanents residents the overall setting is lovely, orderly and... More

After a long day on the road, your rig is all set up and now it is time to relax. You pour yourself a glass on wine, grab your lounge chair and sit, watching the river flow by under the shade of mature trees. Doesn't get much better. Well kept grounds, sparkling clean bathrooms and laundry room, friendly people. As... More

We normally don't stay at an RV park in Oregon ( even tho we are seasoned Rv'ers), so this stop was a 1st for us. Short distance drive off I 5. Small park that is open year round. Cable TV ( awesome choice of channels) We did have to leave a deposit for the remote ( credit card ) but... More

We called and stopped by a few times which the staff was advising us not to bring our family. They said they haven't had kids there for 4 years and still don't want any but if you want a form here you go. Well by law they can't deny us and they did have sights available. Our trailer is a... More

We made last minute reservations from the road and were able to get a space. While there is no pool/spa, its very nice! Clean, quiet, and its on the river. We were able to take our dog down to the water for her to swim. Its just minutes from I-5 and on Hwy 42. We didn't hear much of the... More

We stayed here for one night as a stop-over on a road trip. We arrived very late at night, and the owners had left a nice note and map for us on the front door. It had free Wi-Fi and cable, but we didn't test them out because it was too late. The roadways are paved and everything was very... More
