The Inn was drab to look at on the inside but it was clean, everything worked, and nothing showed a lack of maintenance inside the room. Good shower, towels were bright, white, ample though not super-sized and a bit on the scratchy side the way I like them. I got what I thought I'd get although I think the room... More

Usually you can tell how the motel will be from the looks of its office, but this was not the case. The office actually looks decent, but the rooms were not. Carpet was dirty and worn out. Everything was old. Continental breakfast was a joke, all I managed to get were some apples and prepackaged cookies. We could have stayed... More

I saved money but I think I will treat myself better next time and not return. The place is tired and not maintained well. Towels were thin and worn. Shower head broken. I think the property management work as little as possible. I know you get what you pay for and I saved a few bucks. But with other hotels... More

Nice king room. Large room, sofa, mini frig, table and chairs as well as a desk. We have stayed here before but looks like they are making improvements. New carpet and they are remodeling. Staff was very helpful. My husband had an incident on his way back from fishing and tore open stitches from a previous accident. They were very... More

Okay we went here because of the reviews and I should have checked the room first and then moved on. Old, worn out and in need of complete overhaul. Carpet torn, stained and worn out. Chairs stained and worn out. Bath tiles stained and mildew. I used a coupon and got the room for $54,00 taxes in. I think I... More

we have stayed here several times on various trips. we are budget travelers, staying in hotels from $55. to $150. america's best value inn is the best value for the money. the room was adequate in terms of cleanliness and layout. the location is handy, and the noise from the freeway did not stop us from getting a great night's... This hotel is clean and an ok price. It is very dated on the inside though. It has a decent outdoor pool and continental breakfast . It is easy access on and of the freeway and near alot of shopping and dining .

We did get the room we asked for. and got a whopping %15 off for being "Rewards" members. really? The wall heater noise did block out the constant nearby Freeway noise. but then caused you to have to put the volume up on the TV. The bed was hard. I had to take a sleeping pill, wear an eye mask,... More

Easy off and on the freeway. Very clean, comfortable bed. Good shower, skimpy towels. Some freeway noise but tolerable. Free wi-fi. Property very tired and dated. Ambiance? Not a chance! But it is a good jumping off point for wine tasting in the Umquah Valley! Price was right at $54.00 inc tax

We have stayed here before- we stayed here again to go on winery tours. I think for what I paid its a great value. It's clean & staff are very friendly. Roseburg it self is a very friendly area to visit.
