This place was a good place. The rooms were very clean. The whole hotel smells brand new. They have a hot tub and a heated pool which was very nice. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Applebee's is right next door and if you take your room key you get 10% off your meal. Would stay here again.

At 8:30 in morning icy water for shower. We checked again after breakfast at 9:30 am , still freezing water. Motel was clean, check in service was good. Check out, could not find a person to report cold water to. Left a note. No response. For $90 per night, a hot shower is a must. We will not stop there... More

We've stayed here several times but not since they renovsted. Was pleasantly surprised to see new carpet, paint, beds and bedding. The bed was quite comfy. We had a pet room and you couldn't tell pets had been in there. Pre reno their pet rooms didn't smell either like some hotels we've been in. We will continue staying here when... More

This hotel was good value for the location. Easy to get to and located near restaurants. Room was clean, updated and good size. The staff at the desk and at breakfast were helpful and friendly. There was an adequate selection of items at the breakfast buffet.

Renovations will not make up for poor customer relations. Requested a downstairs room---told first floor closed because of remodeling, Assigned a room at the far end of the second floor and elevator was out of order. After climbing the stairs found our my room was at the other end of the hall. Went back down the stairs and asked if... More

This was a nice room with nice renovations. The only drawback was that instead of two queen beds we had two double beds and the room was small but it was nice clean and good for an overnight stay. The shower was really nice. Also the room was quiet. We went next door to Applebees for dinner and got ten... More

At check in we had to request a different room because of the smoke smell. We were told that they were remodeling and some of the rooms had been smoking in the past. Request a even number room that will get you one the side opposite the freeway noise. You will still face a very busy street but may reduce... More

We stayed one night and this property is looking very nice. In the middle of renovations, but nearly done. We stayed on a floor that had completed renovations and loved our room. Very nicely decorated and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and we had a nice selection. The front lobby area had completed renovations... More

I left Crater Lake National Park from the wrong exit which took me on a slow winding journey through the heartland of nowhere Oregon in the middle of the night. After a few hours of driving, I was able to find civilization (aka Interstate 5) and headed north. While stopping for a very late dinner at Denny's I was in... More

The sign on the highway said "EconoLodge soon to be a Sleep INN", the key card said EconoLodge, but everything else was Sleep Inn--so we asked the front desk clerk "which is it"? He replied that their goal had been to return to a Sleep Inn and that they had made it. Whatever it is, it's pretty nice now. Everything... More
