When we arrived we had to search for the manager. Tried calling, but the phone just rang continuously. I finally found her "cleaning" an upstairs room with another staffer. That is, if laying on the bed laughing and talking on the phone can be considered cleaning. One of our bath towels had a long black hair in it, the comforter... More

We stayed one night. We thought it was a clean, decent hotel at a reasonable price. Woke up with bites on our ankles and legs. Turns out to be bed bugs. I would never have stayed if we had any idea!!! We are totally grossed out. What a shame, nice management and the rest of the room was very clean.

I read the reviews after my company booked my room here. I was a bit skeptical after reading them and even sent a link to the poor reviews to my boss .I travel for business at least a 100 days a year.Apparently they are on a reduced budget. I believe this motel was built in the 60's, I say that... More

We needed a place to stay overnight near Bend/Redmond during a trip from Idaho to the Oregon Coast. We checked Expedia first and almost freaked out. Most of the motels were either sold out or well over $150/night. We just needed a clean budget location to sleep and then move on. We saw a review for the Greenway Motel on... More

I've traveled a lot. I have stayed in places that weren't the best. I've stayed in places that perhaps should have been avoided. This is the first time that I have ever walked away from a hotel because it was so bad. I won't start on the overall horrible experience with the booking agency (that was done through TripAdvisor, but... More

We booked this hotel mainly because it was one of the last places that still had rooms near an event we were attending, and the TripAdvisor reviews were ok. We arrived and went into the room. It smelled musty. There is a mini-refrigerator but the seal was black it was so dirty. The bathroom walls were stained, the sink still... More

For a no-frills sleep, this is comfortable. It is clean and tasteful and half the price as our normal motel. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Television is old but working. Bring your own clock. Not many plug-ins. The location is good.

Myself and 6 others rented 4 rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but that not all. After we all got settle in our rooms we all went over to the life-line for a few drinks. The next morning I found out that I left my glasses at the life-line, they didn't open till 11:00 and we had to get... More

I'm not picky in hotels. All I need is a door that locks and a clean room. If you want a flat screen TV and room service, better pass this one by. We decided to stay here because the Black Bear Diner is across the street. I ALWAYS look at a room first. It is an older building, but clean,... More

The reservation confirmations were not received. Luckily they still had rooms available. The linens were clean but the rooms smelled bad and were not cleaned. It was inexpensive and a place to rest my eyes but didn't dare walk around with bare feet. Definitely could use some updating.
