I called up the front desk/reservations and the person was extremely helpful. She helped me book my reservation, and also sent me a packet of information. I have never visited the area before, so this was extremely useful. I had a little trouble finding the place, but I called them up and they walked me through it, step by step, until I arrived at their front door, still on the phone. Check-in was handled professionally, and they even drew me up a map so I could find my way around the property. When I arrived at my cabin, there was a member of Safety Services (kind of like security) waiting for me, to show me how everything worked, and to see if I needed help with anything. I got in, and the room was amazing! I was in one of their "Ranch Cabins" and it actually turned out to be a mini-home.
