We stayed at the Westin for 2 nights on 2 separate nights. We picked this hotel because of my husband's bad back. We usually like Westin properties because the beds are comfortable but this hotel was an exception. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows had no give. The sheets were as rough as my son's cheap... More

Everything was perfect from the pre-arrival email to final check out. All the staff we encountered were professional and genuinely interesting in enhancing our stay. Although the parking fee seems high (but still market value for Portland) my car was always promptly delivered and freshly cleaned. We found the wifi signal very good in our room.

We stayed 2 nights. We really appreciated the late check-out they offered. The location is 2 blocks from Nordstrom and a few blocks from the waterfront. We were going to Jimmy Mak's Jazz Club and it was 10 min. walk. Powell Books is about a 5 min. walk. Food carts are a block away. Red Star and Rite Aid are... More

I was so pleased to get this on Hotwire, only $102 on a Saturday, such an amazing deal! The service is some of the best I've experienced in these high star rated hotels. We received room service breakfast in 15 mins, food was amazing! Housekeeping, Front Desk & Valet were on top of their game. The attention to every detail... More

It's been a couple of years since we have been to this hotel. Stayed two nights on way back from Cannon Beach. Location is always superb!. Macy's and Nordstrom a 1 minute walk away. Powell's Books maybe 5 minutes. Stayed in 1003 -- tenth floor - very quiet deluxe room with great bed and shower that they are known for.... More

When you smell the familiar floral scent wafting in the lobby, you know you have arrived at a Sheraton hotel. At check in, the front desk gave us detailed recommendations of restaurants and street food. The beds are comfy. Rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. This is why I keep on coming back. Ps. The location of this hotel is... More

Stayed here in Sept'14 and found hotel to be good but the service in their restaurant is abysmal. No hostess when arrived for breakfast --waited 5 minutes for her to arrive from wherever. Seated but 10 minutes went by before she came back after she realized no server had taken our orders. She returned with my coffee but no tea... More

This was my first visit. Had a wonderful experience all around with friendly and efficient service. The food was often better than in local restaurants! It was a business trip and attention was given to every possible detail. They also give advise with regards to local attractions. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be back.

In town for work - grabbed a suite at the Westin which had a sitting area and a large bathroom. The room felt updated and maintained. What I liked: restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast with awesome potatoes. Large room, comfy bed and big desk for work. Great running options! Ran down on the waterfront for some awesome views of... More

Westin Portland The Westin Portland was pretty much what you would expect from a Westin property: nothing phenomenal, nothing horrible. Decent downtown location if you have a downtown meeting. Walking distance from Nordstrom if you forgot anything. Walking distance from several decent lunch places and a very busy row of seemingly popular food carts (I didn't try any of them,... More
