I booked my stay through the hotel website for 2 nights midweek at a great rate of $50 per night. The hotel is dated some, pink bath tub and toilet, but has been maintained well and was very clean and comfortable. There was a small refridgerator, TV, work desk and table. Everything I needed for a short business trip including... More

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn the first week of June. We did end up staying in the older Rodeway Inn section which is the rear building. Some thoughts: Yes it is an older property which has been remodeled to a degree even in the older section. This did not prove to be a problem as the room was clean,... More

The Rodeway Inn is conveniently located adjoining the Park & Ride at Parkrose/Sumner. It was nice being able to leave the car at the hotel and just hop a MAX train into downtown. And it's just a couple of stops away from the airport, for those flying into town. The staff at the check-in desk and the Sacred Grounds coffee... More

Pulled into the complex and thought "Oh no".. we were going to cancel and go to a better looking hotel. Looks are not what they seem. The room was nice with mini-fridge and a microwave. Everything was clean and in order. Overall, a nice surprise. One thing that we didn't care for, though it was never pushed on us, was... More

I would highly recommend the Rodeway Inn for a stay in the Portland area. The property was purchased by a Christian Church two years ago. The rooms have been beautifully renovated with amenities including, marble bathroom, refridgerators, microwaves, new A/C units and incredibly comfortable beds. Other in-room amenities include coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board. We were so pleasantly... More

We chose this hotel over all others because of the price and because of the great reviews given on this website. Everything went well until my husband was going to sleep, when he removed the sheets to get into bed, we found out that someone had "pee'd" in the bed, and it had gone straight throught the bedspread, and sheets.There... I was a bit skeptical at first, but true to my brother's word, this was a beautiful and wonderful place to stay over Thanksgiving. The church my brother belongs to owns this motel. They purchased it in 2005 and did a complete renovation on it. I was able to pay my brother's discounted ridiculously low price, so I couldn't say... More

I've stayed here several times and it has always been a good experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable, rates are good, staff is helpful, and there's free wifi. Rate includes a breakfast that is much more than the standard continental breakfast. I travel to Portland periodically and I'll continue to stay here.

The photos on Expedia--- show the real deal. Everything looks and seems new. The furnishings are very nice. The staff was very enthusiastic, helpful, and professional. Although it is near the airport and major roads, I did not hear any air or surface traffic noise. The sound that I did hear was the low whoosh of a fan, perhaps the... More

My friend and I entrusted this motel with 2 bags with bike gear while we vacationed in Hawaii. The personnel that work there all remember seeing the 2 bags in the store room. When we returned from Hawaii, had preregistered for a 2 day stay at the travelodge at Portland airport, we found that our bags had been stolen. The... More
