Stayed in first floor in the old but newly reopened wing. Room was large lots of empty space no fridge/micro but room was clean and comfy. Eneded up in rodeway after a computer glitch had cuaswd them to overbook the quality inn side. Feont desk made sure to take care of the booking issue immediately. Only wish could have had... More

I chose this hotel based on reviews when booking through kayak. The place is overpriced based on the condition of the room. Nasty, stained carpet; worn out sheets with stains. The bed was comfortable enough. I would have chosen another hotel had the reviews said how outdated the rooms are.

My husband, myself and two small children stayed a night after a long flight back to Oregon. Upon entering the room the first thing I saw was a white stain on the chair. When I pulled the chair out I saw what looked to be blood stains on the seat cushion. I pulled down the comforter on one of the... More

We stayed for one night before our flight the next morning. The front desk guy was very nice despite he was all alone with four others waiting for him. On our way up to our room there was a group of construction workers drinking and smoking outside their room and there were beer bottles and beer boxes outside the trash... More

We stayed here one night and arrived by public transit. Its very convenient you just have to walk across the bridge and take a 25 min train from downtown. The lady at the front desk wasn't super polite but at least competent. The room was big and clean. Working fridge, tv and AC. The washroom was also really big and... More

Had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. A few minor annoyances (the biggest being a loud noise from the fan in the neighbouring room's bathroom) , but nothing to stress about. A decent place to stay passing through Portland.

Another great stay - again! Excellent service by desk and shuttle staff - again! Everything was on time and well organized. Our needs are fairly simple - a decent, quiet, clean, comfortable and efficient overnight. We missed breakfast this time since our flight was too early but we needed a really early shuttle and they have a 24-hour service! 2... More

We had the redeye to catch and wanted to sleep well while we could. The clerks were kind and helpful. I hate to suggest there was any problem, however, problems do happen. They happened to us and our next door neighbor on check-in. Both our neighbor and we were quickly and easily given new rooms without hassle. The clerk guided... More

After Priceline assigned me to this hotel, and then reading the reviews, I was very disheartened. I figured if it was as bad as it looked in the photos, and sounded in the reviews, I'd write off the money and stay someplace else. Especially as I was traveling alone, I very much did not want to stay in a sketchy... More

We booked two rooms for three nights. I had stayed here last year in the new section and, although the rooms were plain, they were clean and well-kept. This time we were given rooms in the older section. It was absolutely disgusting. In our room, the carpet was dirty and stained, there were ants all over the carpet and bathroom... More
