We stayed in the "chill" side, away from the bar noise. Our room was very small, but we found it cozy and totally comfortable. It wasn't noisy at all (that we noticed), but we are used to sleeping with a fan, so we had it set to "fan" all night...that may have drowned out any noise. I personally loved the... More

I really wanted to like this hotel, unfortunately it did not live up to its hype. From the moment we tried to check in when their computers were down, we started to be concerned about our stay. The room was excessively small. The bathroom is even smaller. Within the first 3 minutes of my shower the water alternated between scalding... More

It is important to note that when they say this is a renovated former motel, they mean fairly light renovations. Sure, there are wall decals and cute pillows and a well-designed desk, but the bathrooms are still motel-y and sad (think somewhat worn laminate countertops around a very small sink), if at least clean. We chose it because we needed... More

Upon arrival, Brett at the front desk was welcoming and inviting! How many front desk agents extend their hand out to you for a welcome handshake?? Not many! The hotel upgraded me to a suite so I couldn't complain! Lol. Thank you Jupiter for a great stay.

Avoid room 254! The room is above the lobby, next to the stairs, and overlooks the restaurant, the bar, the banquet tent, and the underground music venue. It was LOUD from 700pm to 300am! We were told to call the front desk if it was loud after 11 PM. But everytime we did the gentleman at the front desk told... More

As everyone has said: Jupiter is loud, it's young, and it's edgy. The bathroom also smelled a lot like chlorine (probably better than smelling like anything else mind you). And it clearly hasn't lost its motel roots. But the service is exceptional, the location is great, the price isn't bad, and the bed/linen was absolutely dreamy - way better than... More

I'd say the best thing about this hotel is the energy- its young, fun, and has a popular bar in the courtyard. And maybe if I wasn't tired from a long cross country roadtrip I'd have more energy to join in on the fun. The rooms are very small and the bathroom wasnt very modern. In fact if you take... More

Simply too loud. At night and in the morning. Spent two nights here and there was a full band playing on a Monday night, people screaming in the parking lot etc, etc, in the morning cleaners, leaf blowers and the walls are paper thin so you are woken up by the bloody showers. However it's a cool place, the restaurant... More

Recently we took a trip to Portland and stayed at The Jupiter Hotel it was a fantastic place to stay. The location was great for our needs which were many bar and restaurant hopping with a museum and a few record stores thrown in. The hotel room was comfy and cozy and interactive. The door is a chalk board and... More
