The location of this hotel is excellent, just next to the Pioneer Courthouse Square. The room is clean and well organized, however, it is kind of small and tight. The decoration is okay nothing special. We got complimentary wifi due to the conference, the normal rate should be $12 per day. The speed is actually slow. Overall, this hotel is... More

I am a gold member of Hilton and usually like this chain. This particular hotel was not my favorite due to the fact that they don't offer double queen rooms. If you have a family and need two beds, you are stuck with a room with 2 double beds. What is this the 1950's? How do you charge 4star prices... More

This hotel is a little below average with respect to other Hilton's. I was a little surprised that it had not been upgraded. The room is dated and the heating/cooling system is noisy. We stayed here for two nights for the Portland Marathon and even though it was the host hotel, I was disappointed. Again, it was dated in the... More

1. Check-In parking on street practically non-existent making valets very unwelcoming. 2. Bathrooms size of a Port-a-potty. 3. No vent in bathrooms. For the $200+ cost of this Portland Hotel, the value just wasn't there. Downtown Portland is congested, no doubt, but the Hilton should ameliorate that.

Rated three stars for being a nice hotel, clean, good bedding and great downtown location. However, rated three stars for being nothing more than you would expect from a downtown Hilton. Smaller bathrooms, Free wi-fi, but only in the lobby, which these days seems dumb. Either you have complimentary wifi for your guests, or you don't. If the price is... More

First trip to Portland and the Hilton stay was excellent. Attentive staff, lovely large room, and special attention because of our wedding anniversary. We had a corner room that was large. It was clean and comfortable. We would return to stay at the Portland Hilton.

I stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Executive Tower for a conference. Staff was excellent, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and location was excellent. My only real complaint was the overall condition of the room, which was in need of an update. From the carpet to the tile in the bathtub, it's all very tired. Even the door frame... More

I was at Hilton Tower in last year during my personal trip to Portland. I had Gold membership that I received for free via some promotion & I must say that this hotel is a 5 STAR hotel which provided excellent service, amazing rooms with solid precious ballroom, etc. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Wow, asking a person to submit a 200 character review really sucks. So far this survey is the worst experience about the hotel. If I have to complete something like this after every stay you can bet I will look to find accommodations elsewhere.

Very nice if pricey. The internet connection should have been provided free to all guests considering the rate per night. The city was busy that week end so traffic was heavy. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent - the lasagna was quite good - to die for.
