I spent 5 nights here and thought it was solid. Really good location with lots of activities and restaurants in the area. I rented a car for my first day in town but then returned it at a downtown location since I didn't need it. The room was a little smaller than I expected, especially the bathroom (we were in... More

got an amazing last-minute half-price deal on priceline for this hotel, can't complain but probably wouldn't have stayed there otherwise. bathroom is rather small but adequate. 35 bucks for valet parking. bed was fantastic, slept great. no complimentary water, 2 bucks a bottle. checked in at the wrong hotel (kitty-corner across the street) so had to walk over but weather... I'll try to keep this one short because there isnt alot to say. The hotel room was nice enough, but there was tape all over the windows and the ceiling from where someone apparently hung a banner of some sort. It was very obvious but not removed by staff. As for staff, we didnt really interact at all other than... More

We stayed at downtown Portland Hilton, because it was "free". My husband was there for business for a week, so it was paid by his company! We would not stay there if we had to pay for it!! The hotel itself is old and outdated! The doors of all the rooms are just ugly! Ugly is an harsh word, but... More

We had always stayed here during the Waterfront Blues festival and are Hilton Honors members, staying often enough for that. I walked about four miles across downtown Portland and arrived at the hotel before my husband, who was meeting with business clients. I did not have a cell phone of my own, but I figured I could get the concierge... More

My room was in the tower which was very nice. Location is just up from Pioneer Park. I did not have a car (yet) and came in from the airport by Light Rail (MAX) which cost $2.50. Even with a suitcase and a bike box (with bike inside) it was an easy 5-6 block walk to the hotel. As an... More

I was here for a conference. The hotel was the best I've ever stayed in and the staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. The location is great... Portland has multiple bike/running paths that go along the river front, just blocks away from the hotel. Loved the entire stay!

Service, location, and amenities were fine. Guest room was well appointed, but small. As nice as this hotel is in other ways, the $35.00 per day restricted/valet-only parking fee is ridiculous. I suggest that other area hotels might be a better choice.

Woke up to booming music right above us. We had an early flight and tried to get some sleep. Called front desk and they had booked a party on roof. Only solution was to " try" to move us. We were leaving hotel in 3-4 hours so not worth it. No money back. Hotel didn't fulfill it's obligation to provide... More

I enjoyed my stay in the Executive Tower. It is a bit shabby in the hallways (stained carpeting), but I was told by more than one person that the Tower is the more modern and updated part of this particular Hilton. On the other hand, it totally beat the University Place hotel that was the official conference accommodation. Room was... More
