Portland Hilton is centrally located in Downtown Portland. It is within easy walking distance of anything downtown. The service is good. My only complaint is that the size of the room is barely adequate.

This hotel is situated in the center of downtown, with easy access to everything. The rates are much better than the "boutique" hotels. While the views aren't great, you are in a city so who cares? BTW having a river view is meaningless because it is pretty boring anyway. Regardless, the staff are excellent, especially Samantha at the main hotel.... More

I like this hotel, I've stayed here several times and find it perfectly located, only a block away from the square and light rail. It's always well run, clean and has a knowledgeable and helpful staff. It's also one of the very few hotels who leave my towel if I've hung it up. Most hotels have the obligatory sign about... More

Went to Portland for a birthday trip. We had stayed at the Hilton before for a quick overnighter, and knew that we'd probably stay there again on our next visit due to it's great central downtown location. When we arrived I discovered I had booked a double twin bed room and sheepishly went back to the lobby to ask if... More

Should offer free Wi-Fi. The parking seemed expensive for the area, but it was very secure and convenient. Great service from all staff. I requested a foam pillow and extra towels through HHilton but didn't receive them. I spoke to the front desk and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Overall really nice experience....should have free Wi-Fi though.

The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are nice. But they are TINY and overpriced. We booked for four people and the room was barely big enough for two people. Cramped! Lumpy cheap pillows. Uncomfortable beds. Loud street noise. They are riding on their name and way overpriced. Nickel and dime you for everything including internet. No breakfast included. Bad coffee.... More

Nice location, great rooms. Did not tell you that the breakfast coupons for Gold, Diamond members do not cover the hot breakfast, only continental ($15.50). No executive lounge, but they do have an executive tower with seemingly upgraded rooms.

I stayed 4 nights and the hotel lived up to its expectations as a Hilton. Great hotel bar, lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers valet parking at a reasonable rate considering the location. The banquet hall area was spacious and the staff was always on it- proving food, refills, clearing finished meals, etc. The food was... More

The staff was very welcoming for our wedding night - we had champagne and strawberries waiting for us when we got to the room. We highly recommend room service; the dungeness crab omelet was the perfect breakfast in bed!
