Checked in by cold reception and refusal to upgrade. One hour after checking in, went down to find car broken into in (SECURE) hotel parking. No offer of compensation from management. Restaurant in hotel is a joke, typical overpriced corporate rip off. more

My wife and I stayed 6 nights in the Executive Tower (separate building across the street from the "main" building) for a conference I was attending. The Executive Tower (XT) had it's own restaurant, front desk, concierge, parking access, and restaurant. Being that we were not at the "conference" hotel, we had very little wait for any elevator. We actually... more

I usually stay at more mid-range to budget hotels, and i miss the amenities that are usually included with a stay at those types of properties (free breakfast, fitness center, free internet, free shuttle etc...) . This hotel had none of these things. You had to pay for using a fitness center in the hotel, the internet access was 12.95... more

I stayed here for 5 nights for a conference being held at the hotel in June of 2009. Overall, a clean, comfortable, moderately upscale hotel. I did not get room service or any food service other than the banquets ordered for the conference. I was in the main hotel and NOT the Executive Tower, which is actually a separate building... more

I stayed for 7 days in the Executive Tower. I paid 189 USD per night (conference rate) plus 45$ for "high" speed internet access for the whole week. Staff was friendly. The rooms in the Executive Tower are spotless, large and bright. My impression from talking to other conference attendees is that they are definitely worth the additional 20$ they... more

I stayed at the downtown Hilton with the standard hotel experience at the older building. The door key cards were a bit hard to insert correctly. The staff gave us tickets for a free breakfast as a compensation. The breakfast in the coffee shop was excellent. The configuration of conference rooms is a bit odd, need to go up and... more

The hotel is located in a very convenient section of town - very close to public transportation. The rooms in the main building (not the executive tower) were clean and remodeled - but small. It was fine for one person - and would probably be fine for a couple. However, if you were planning to share a room with a... more

We stayed at the Hilton hotel for two nights in May. We booked our trip through Priceline. After booking our trip I read some of the reviews on here and was very shocked and scared to stay there, but with priceline once you book a trip you cannot cancel no matter what. We were actually very pleased with our stay... more

I got this hotel on Hotwire. Have stayed at many Hiltons using Hotwire and always have received Hilton Honors points for Food and Beverage and incidentals. But not at this Hilton. Here they really treat you as a Hotwire guest. The doorman was super nice but then I went to the front desk to check in and gave the man... more

I liked the location, very convenient in downtown. I was upgraded to the Executive Tower and the room (1239) was large and comfortable, clean as a whistle. Everyone I encountered at the hotel was friendly, couldn't have been more pleasant. I had breakfast before departure, there was a buffet for $18, I wouldn't have paid that as it was fairly... more
