We were upgraded by the lovely staff so we stayed in a suite which was a bonus. The Heathman was wonderful! The beds were fabulous and the service was outstanding. The employees were so helpful from giving us directions to making sure we were enjoying our stay. Lovely hotel in up-scale downtown neighbourhood. Great location. Wonderful service, good housekeeping service, all around nice place. Very clean. But the room was SO SMALL! As was the bathroom. That was disappointing. We would have stayed elsewhere if we'd known beforehand.
