Good hotel that is closest to PDX. Restaurant/bar is good for a chain hotel and free airport shuttle helps get you to airport on time. Just note that if your flight leaves early in the AM to allow extra time as they may only have 1 shuttle running early and you might have to wait a bit for it to... more

I am puzzled by some of the negative things said about this hotel. It was very clean, our room was quiet with a comfortable bed, a nice large bathroom and desk with free internet access. All you could want on TV, even music, and close to a pool and hot tub. There is also a very nice fitness room. We... more

This hotel was booked through hotwire with an excellent price so had no problems with the commute to our destinations, dowtown was only 20-25 minutes away. We had a room with a view of Mt Hood and enjoyed it very much. Considering we are from Texas and see "flat" everywhere this was a nice change of scenery! There were no... more

I stayed here for 1 night as I had a flight out the next day. I had been staying in the downtown Portland area for the past 4 days. There is not really anything else around the hotel. It would take about an hour via the red line light rail from the airport to get from this hotel to Downtown... more

We stayed here for our honeymoon night before our flight to our 1st trip to Hawaii. Our key wouldn't work to our room, so the desk sent someone up to help us. They couldn't get the key to work so they had to use a master key. They opened the door, we all walked in and there were cloths, towels... more

I had to attend a conference at this property, so needless to say that is where we spent the night. I was in room #250. This is not a quiet room! I realize we are near the airport, so I had to just dismiss the sounds of the airplane. However I had rather vigorous neighbors ( noisy!), I called downstairs... more

Hi there! As I was supposed to go to San Francisco for a business meeting, I asked my family to join me, come along and initially flew to Portland. Yes, guilty - it was mostly for shopping Woodburn outlet and an afternoon also at Mt. St. Helens. Back to the most important thing: the hotel is very close to the... more

Great value for the dollar. I asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what I got. It was hard to believe there was a runway right next to the hotel. In the future, I would got out of my way, to book this hotel again. more

Stayed 2 nights after flying in from UK. Luxurious although busy with conferences - did not cause us a problem. Courtesy shuttle 24 hours, to do downtown without car take shuttle to airport and get the Red max train for $4.75 day ticket - can use all trains, buses etc. Went on lunch cruise down river - takes 2 hours... more

I stayed at the Sheraton Portland while in town for a friend's wedding and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were updated and clean, as was the lobby. The staff, especially, were pleasant and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also a plus. A very nice hotel close to the airport. more
