You can get anywhere from here with bus, streetcar and Max red line within easy walking distance. The hotel is a bit dated - very 80s, but the rooms are big, bathrooms are really clean, and the staff is friendly and the service good. The red line is the Max that runs to the airport, so that is very convenient,... More

The location was alright for the price. The train and bus stops are right across from the hotel. You have to pay for parking your car each night. The only thing that bothered me about that is that in the garage they posted a sign stating they aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle. If I pay to park,... More

Hotel and breakfast was OK. But they could not print out a receipt because the system was down. It arrived 2 days later and I didn't bother to check it. My Bad! They charged for parking even though I had clearly indicated I had no car! Would have been a pain to correct in any case. Though petty, it is... More

It was hotter than hell in the hallways. And it smelled. The rooms were great. Once I had the AC on we went for a quick walk and came back to a cool room. The pool was alright. It goes from 5 feet to 9 feet in about 10 feet of length. That's a quick drop off, so watch your... More

I was ready to give this hotel a 4-5 star rating until I checked out; here's the story: I was in Portland for a convention. Before the convention I was given a code from the convention planners for a discounted rate. (not that much, but it would have helped). I made an on-line reservation on a Quality Inn website in... Thank you for your comments. We are glad you had a great stay with us. I apologize that we could not give you the contracted rates. The contracted rates were based on our contract that required all bookings to be made directly with the hotel. When you book online, yes even on our quality inn site, there are costs associated... This Hotel was a pleasant surprise. From the outside it looks like a rather humdrum motel, but this place is a gem. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. The desk clerk, Julio, was so forthcoming with directions and suggestions. He made traveling around the city a breeze. Our room was large and very comfortable and very clean.... More

My husband and I booked at room at this hotel for a concert and they were very accomadating and nice. Room was clean but the only thing I didn't like was how small the shower is, only a stand up shower with nowhere to put your toiletries but hopefully they will modernize that. We will definitely be back though.

If your checking the reviews on this property, its probably because your going to an event at the Moda Center, and this is the cheapest place in the area. If your looking for basic place within walking distance to the center, there is nothing wrong with this place. You are literally 4 blocks away. Its a slightly older property, but... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to go to the Garth Brooks concert at Moda center. If you're expecting a Hilton stay somewhere else if you want a nice comfortable clean hotel room within walking distance to almost everything this is a place to stay. We did ask for a bit of assistance at the front desk... More

Stayed for two days, two rooms with 6 people total. Rooms are dated and in need of a deep clean. Building musty smelling and you can hear noise from neighboring rooms and hallway. Housekeepers were friendly and had no problem getting us additional towels. Front desk staff was friendly, but incorrectly charged me. Made reservation with 1 card, checked in... More
