Myself and two co-worker stayed here for 4 nights while in town on business. We stayed here due to availability and our travel allowances. My room was clean and comfortable, and my bed was comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, but was clean. The breakfast is basic with sausage, egg like square things, waffles and the usual breakfast items. My room... More

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your coworker did not enjoy her stay with us. She did book two separate reservations for two different room types. One was for a room with one king bed and the second was for a room with two queen beds. Both reservations were made through expedia. She originally checked into a... More

We stayed here for two nights while a family member was in a near by hospital. The check in staff were nice. However, they didn't seem to have the tools to complete their jobs. Such as, the machine that programs the room keys kept malfunctioning and they were out of parking passes and didn't know where to print more. They... More

Old, dirty hotel that needs an upgrade. The room smelt like an old ashtray and the air quality was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel and if you have any type of allergies do not stay here. Needs upgrading, carpet cleaning, better sound proofing, beds are soft, doors were loud when they shut, etc. Close to a road... More

This hotel is few minutes walks from Portland Convention center. The price was decent and the room was clean and it was in a reasonable condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has an indoor pool but but their exercise room is extremely small. They serve hot breakfast, nothing fancy but taste OK. Overall, it is a good value... More

Mom left me home this time while her and dad went to Moda Center to see the band RUSH, on July 21, the room was clean, Julio at the desk checked them in really fast, and was very nice, and full of info, they stayed in room 234 my mom said the only complaint she had was her bed by... More

The worst thing was the beds. They were uncomfortably soft, you literally sink in. We couldn't sleep all night and I had back pain the next day. When we entered our room, it smelled like dirty feet. The only good part about this hotel was the friendly and helpful guy working at the front desk. Overall, this place is overpriced.... More

I nearly cancelled our plan to stay here after reading some negative reviews, but I am glad we stayed here. The cons: having to pay for parking, and a slight hiccup on check-in when they couldn't find our reservation (resolved) The pro's: very comfy bed, a pool to escape the heat, air conditioned rooms and lobby and a breakfast that... Great location. All transportation was very close. We wanted to use Street car but it was not available (because of updating?) We used light rail and city bus. Breakfast was decent. Clyde (I believe that is his name) works in the breakfast area was very helpful and made sure things were clean and stocked.

You can get anywhere from here with bus, streetcar and Max red line within easy walking distance. The hotel is a bit dated - very 80s, but the rooms are big, bathrooms are really clean, and the staff is friendly and the service good. The red line is the Max that runs to the airport, so that is very convenient,... More

The location was alright for the price. The train and bus stops are right across from the hotel. You have to pay for parking your car each night. The only thing that bothered me about that is that in the garage they posted a sign stating they aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle. If I pay to park,... More
