"The internet overbooked us". Yeah, right. Like that internet just dropped in from the sky and booked all the rooms in the Briarwood behind the manager's back, without him realizing they were booked. Nasty internet! We had reservations through the web for three nights stay. We had attempted to call at 5pm to say we would be arriving around 9pm.... more

We have a dog, so used the portland hotel guide along with AAA pet-friendly guide, and this hotel was our first stop off the highway.
