While this hotel has upgraded the rooms with new flooring it does not compensate for all the missing ingredients that most hotels have - they are totally lacking in responding to the customer (me)!!!!!!!!! After our first night I provided a list of items to the manager Nick Patel and was told "I'll take care of it" - I should... More

We stayed here while visiting family and it was comfortable. The shuttle driver that took us to the max line was very friendly. I will say front desk during the day was good and the night desk person was more or less not really interested in what was going on. Spent most of the time in the back doing I... More

Coming back to Portland we wanted to try a different hotel. Although the rooms were updated a bit, they were still lacking in some areas. The TV was an old model, hooked up only to an antenna. Very few channels available. What bothered bothered us most was the bad neighborhood that the hotel was in. There were cars in the... More

I was checking out of the red roof inn and the manager went to the room or house keeper to make sure that everything was okay well he came back and did not say anything and after waiting hearing back nothing 5 minutes later I ask what is going on and that I am in a bit of a hurry... More

The hotel is under construction. The rooms and property will be very nice when completed. Currently expect incomplete rooms and no cable TV. Room door locks are 'kinda' working but expect some 'juggling' to get into your room. A/C unit barely able to keep room cool. May want to ask for extra towels when you check in. No hair dryer... This was the most horrible place I have ever stayed in. The people working at the desk were rude. The rooms smelled. Had trouble opening the door and the mattress was disgusting. Not to mention all the hoodlums and drug addict looking people walking around the campus. Don't believe every thing you see on the Internet... The pictures were of... More

Do not stay at this hotel. The room looked like something out of a horror film. The doors do not lock, the TV programming is off, there is plywood to patch holes in the roof of the room, major water damage in the bathroom, the furniture including the bed and linens are stained and smelly, the outside door of the hotel... I was shocked to see the condition of the room. The main door was broken and just about stood on its hinges. Although I had asked for a non-smoking room, this room was clearly a smoking one and The AC filled the room with musty air. The bath did not even have a shower curtain. I called up the reception... I got a room here for Valentines Day with my wife. The hotel is undergoing a remodel, so only about half of the rooms are available. There is no vending machines, no ice machine, no flat screen tvs. That's just the begining. At first glance, our room was ok. I've stayed in worse, so no big deal. Until I look... More

It was by far the worst hotel/motel experience in my entire life. Please if you love your health, your sanity, DO NOT stay in this hotel, is more like a roach motel. Carpet stained and smell of urine, couches dirty, sound of drilling and hammering way into 9:00 pm. When asked to exchange the room the new room was even... More
