Great location and a low rate. The hotel is pretty standard but What you'd expect from an econo lodge. The room could have been cleaned with a little more detail, but it wasn't incredibly bothersome. There was some mildew on the shower walls. Free wifi, but it was very slow and we had trouble connecting more than one device at... More

Basic no frills room downtown near Portland State U, with $10 day parking, continental breakfast (bagel, toast, oj, coffee, muffin, banana), coffee in room, cable, flat screen tv. Pros: great shower pressure, safe, near public trans, fast & free Wi-Fi, good lighting, nice staff. Cons: bed tilted to center and weak, towels & pillows are thin, soap/shampoo will take your... Well maintained property (the owner was sweeping the parking lot when we arrived). Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, and nothing was in need of replacement. Comfortable beds, wide screen tv, large fridge. Well situated too, easy to get downtown via car or public transportation.

First of all, excellent location in the university area of DT Portland, very close to transit, walking distance all throughout downtown. Very clean, bright rooms, grounds are fresh looking and appealing. Staff were very helpful. Food Carts directly across the street for variety and eats all day and late in to the evening. Quiet and very safe feeling. A delightful... More

It's in a great location. We found it clean and comfortable. Even on the bottom floor we didn't find it noisy at all. The continental breakfast was sparse but worked for us. It was great to have the fridge, coffee maker and microwave in our room. The free wifi was a bonus and the $10 parking fee was acceptable. The... More

I read all the reviews for the last year at this place and it booked it. It all depends on what kind of person you're. If you're a cheapskate, this might be a really good choice for you. Including taxes, it will cost you $125 a night. It is clean, not immaculate clean, but it's clean. If you want to... More

Our room was spotless and was much better than we expected. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a nice streetview below. There was a microwave, coffeemaker, large flatscreen TV, refrigerator, and very nice people who run the place. Their continental breakfast was small. The location was very convenient for us, as it was only 3 short... More

Good location on the edge of Downtown. We felt quite safe walking to and from the hotel, even at night. Good access to public transport if you're not keen on walking, streetcar stops close to hotel, and only a 5 minute walk to the light rail. Parking at the hotel was an extra $10 a night, but easy and convenient.... More

If you believe that you're getting a fair deal, think again if my experience is any indication. I don't typically post negative comments on establishments I visit as every person may have their own objective reasons. In this case I believe that I need to WARN others that you may not be getting what you believe you paid for. In... More

When booking your reservation through a third party and not directly with the Property or Choice Hotels.com we are sent your reservation info. through our PMS. The reservation that was sent to us showed you booked a room with one Queen size bed. Often when booking through hotwire or Priceline, you are not allowed a choice. There is an additional... More

Great little budget hotel with clean lines - no issues parking and located well - outdoor farmers market is only 5 min walk - Saturday market under the bridge is about a 15 min walk - easy to find and we'll run 😊
