This family owned motel is a hidden gem near downtown Portland. The rooms are clean, beds extremely comfortable, strong internet connection, cable TV, and clean on-site washer/dryer. The location is across the street from the light rail in a safe neighborhood. There is always someone available in the office and they take pride in their motel and helping their guests.... More

What a wonderful surprise. This historic hotel is in a cute, friendly, small town. Our two bedded room was quiet and clean (first one that did not have stuff under the bed) The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioner worked very well and wasn't noisy, water pressure great, the staff were kind and wifi is free. There is a... More

I have stayed in a lot of motels and hotels in and around Portland but this is by far my favorite. There were beautiful flowers outside my door, a clean room, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink, 2 sets of dishes, dish towel & soap, a stove, pan & spatula, 2 sets of silverware, a nice size table, good decor... We stayed here for one night in a queen bed room. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could want and there is a tram stop a short walk away. Still, the best thing about this place is the super friendly staff. We felt very welcomed and at home.

Awesome experience there! Great kitchenette including stove and oven, two mini fridges, sink and HBO on Demand as well! Free parking was icing on the cake. Service staff and owners were very nice. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen room with two queen beds and a full kitchen. A Max train station is only a 5 minute walk away so we never had to pay for parking in Portland. It is a small motel so there aren't a lot of guests and we were never woken by late night arrivals. The only thing... More

For the price and location, you can't beat this place. Situated one mile from the hub of Mississippi St in West Portland, this spot is ideal. Purchasing on your phone or laptop is a breeze and the manager is on top of it. The room was very clean with an amazingly well equipped kitchenette and large flat screen. It was... More

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, willing to accommodate my request for a late checkout even when this meant calling the maid to come a bit later than usual. My room was clean and spacious, with a kitchen and dining area fully supplied with dishes, pots and pans. The heater in the room worked great on a chilly December... More

Portland was having a record cold snap (teens). Checked in about 11:30 p.m. and room was about 35 degrees - I could see my breath. If it wouldn't have been so late I would have checked out and found another hotel. Turned on the heater and all the burners on the stove. Finally could go to bed around 2:30 a.m.... More
