Were some noisy guest at around 2 am both nights I stayed there but it did not last long. Good location for the Rose Quarter and the hotel is quite decent. Not luxury, but you would not expect that for the price.

Location: was really not bad considering it was close to Lloyd Center, Max Rail, and close to DT Portland.
